Despite Reports, Kate Middleton Is Not Annoyed With Prince William For Sharing Parenting Struggles

Prince William recently visited Vietnam to attend the third International Conference on the Illegal Wildlife Trade. His last appearance during this visit was on a popular talk show, Talk Vietnam, during which the Prince gave a rare interview and opened up about his challenges as a parent as well as his joys.

The Inquisitr recently shared what Prince William had to say on the subject.

“Well, as the other parents in the room will testify, there’s wonderful highs and there’s wonderful lows. It’s been quite a change for me, personally. I’m very lucky in the support I have from Catherine [Kate Middleton]. She is an amazing mother and a fantastic wife. But I’ve struggled at times, the alteration from being a single, independent man to going into marriage and then having children is life-changing.”

Both the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have made a name for themselves as the royal couple who pushes boundaries and attempts to balance the traditions of the royal family with a more modern-day approach to parenting. As a result, they hope to make life as normal as possible for their family.

Following Prince William’s appearance on Talk Vietnam, rumors suggested that Kate Middleton was not impressed by her husband’s decision to speak openly about their family and his struggles. A report by Celeb Dirty Laundry was the tale that ignited this rumor, which is entirely untrue. The tabloid has twisted the prince’s words to make it seem that he is somehow bashing his family, which is not the case.

Without a source supporting its claim, the site comes to a conclusion regarding Kate and William.

“It wouldn’t be surprising at all if William came home to a horrified wife as she simply wants him to stop humiliating her by talking about his grievances to the press.”

However, Gossip Cop checked the legitimacy of the story and contacted a reliable source who exclusively stated that the duchess wasn’t troubled in the slightest by the interview given by her husband. The celebrity gossip-policing site assured readers that the entire report was simply “untrue.”

This isn’t the first time that Celeb Dirty Laundry has made up fake stories about Prince William and Kate Middleton, as well as their children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte. CDL was previously busted for sharing a fabricated story involving Prince William favoring Princess Charlotte over Prince George. There was no truth to that tale, much like this one.

The duke and duchess seem to always be in the headlines not only for their latest appearances and for Kate’s showstopper fashions but also for rumors that they are having trouble in their marriage. However, such rumors could not be further from the truth. Kate Middleton is a beloved figure, which makes her an easy target for tabloids attempting to suggest she is less than perfect. The gossip frequently revolves around the duchess, her sister, and her parents as well.

Over the summer, rumors suggested that Kate and her sister, Pippa Middleton, were at odds over the younger sister becoming engaged. Additionally, the claims most frequently revolved around Kate being upset that she would not be acting as maid of honor at Pippa’s nuptials. Although Middleton will likely not be returning that favor and taking on this role for her sister, it has not caused a feud and is simply customary for Kate not to be prominent in the ceremony to prevent taking attention away from the bride.

These claims have since been put to rest, and Kate is excited for her sister, as would be expected.
