Jennifer Lopez is not going to be at the VMAs, but it looks like she is definitely missing being there. Jennifer Lopez posted a video of herself on Instagram in which she is dancing to the tunes of Nicki Minaj’s “Anaconda.”
The singer seems to be competing with Minaj’s show of derriere in the video. After watching the video it’s hard to say who did it better.
Jennifer Lopez posted the caption: “AMAs are tonight! Heres a lil TB to Last years AMAs! Had such an amazing time!! Sorry I couldn’t be there this year! Have fun tonight everybody!”
The fans identified it for what it was: a shade.
“The nicki Minaj shade is real @jlo… she ain’t got nothing on you!!! Love you Jennifer????????,” said one.
Of course, fans made a lot of references to Jennifer Lopez’s famous derriere and they said they adored the performance. Jennifer Lopez is known to have a great body and she undoubtedly works really hard for it.
Jennifer Lopez is known to post very hot pictures of herself on Instagram, and recently she showed off her cleavage in an Instagram picture. The singer was wearing a T-shirt and jeans and her hair was impeccably styled. “Friday night feeling,” she captioned the picture.
It’s a well-known fact that Jennifer Lopez works really hard on her body to keep it the way it is.
The star has said that she likes to do boxing when it comes to taking care of her body. “I always liked it,” Lopez said. “It’s very hard, but I did pick it up again for [the show].
Jennifer has said that she started to do it when she was shooting for Money Train.
She says she likes the workout aspect of it, apart from the fact that it’s a lot of fun. “It’s always been a good workout,” she said. She also trains with Tracy Anderson about four to five times a week. That’s right, she is extremely dedicated to her workout sessions. After all, she needs to make sure that she looks her best all the time.
Anderson admits that four to five times is a great amount of time in a week, given how busy Jennifer is.
“With her busy schedule, that’s a lot,” Anderson told People.
However, the time Lopez spends on a workout depends on how busy she is because family matters to her a lot.
“It can be anywhere from 30 minutes – if her kids need her for something because she’s always there for them – to an hour or hour and a half.”
Jennifer loves to do weights and of course, it certainly shows on her body. “I do an upper body warm up with her,” she says. “We do two songs without weights, and then we add 3-lb. weights, and sometimes I add a song with 5-lb. weights as well.”
Anderson says Lopez is very coordinated when it comes to workouts. “She’s highly-trained in picking up choreography, and she’s incredibly coordinated, so she can pick up things very quickly,” says Anderson.
“She likes to be challenged, but she’s very, very aware of her body, and in one look to me can be like, ‘no that s not for me,’ and then I’ll move onto another move.” Of course, Jennifer needs to know what really works for her and what doesn’t. Isn’t that the key to maintaining a great body?
Her trainer was all praises for her. She said Jennifer Lopez is very balanced. “She is one of the most internally balanced people that I’ve ever met in my entire life,” says Anderson. “She cares about all of it.”
