Gisele Responds “No!” When Asked If Husband Tom Brady Voted For Trump

While New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick might be an admitted “Trumpkin,” Tom Brady’s wife answered with an emphatic “No!” when asked if husband Tom had voted for Donald Trump for president. Donald Trump did some last minute New England stumping and told the crowd that Tom Brady personally called him, promising to be his friend and saying that he voted for Trump. But the lady of the Brady house is calling a foul.

For Donald Trump, it seems support is coming from those that the campaign would rather deny, like KKK member David Duke, who is running for office in Louisiana, says the Inquisitr. Last week, the official newspaper of the Klan put its support firmly behind Trump, but the campaign claimed that they would prefer not to be associated with such people, according to Trump middle son Eric Trump. The claim of allegiance from Tom Brady came from Donald Trump when after Jay-Z, Beyonce, and Lady GaGa threw support behind Hillary Clinton, Trump told his audience he also knew big stars.

It sounds like he said, she said, with Donald Trump saying that Tom Brady said he voted for him, and Brady’s wife Gisele telling fans it never happened, says the Hollywood Reporter. After hearing Donald Trump tell a New England audience that he had Tom Brady’s support, fans tweeted Gisele, asking for clarification, using a “fearful” emoji.

“Gisele I heard you and Tom were backing Trump! Is that true??”

“NO!”

One fan pondered whether Tom Brady had been hit in the head too many times, and that’s why he was supporting the Trump campaign. It seems Tom Brady is the owner of a “Make America Great Again” hat, but according to Gisele, that’s as far as it goes. And Tom Brady himself would not comment on the controversy, only saying after Deflategate, he is keeping his head down.

“Obviously there’s a lot of headlines to make, and I’ve tried not to make a lot of headlines. I’ve been in an organization where we’re taught to say very little, we have respect for our opponents and we don’t do the trash-talking. The thing I’ve always thought is I don’t want to be a distraction for the team.”

The New York Times said that Donald Trump was in New Hampshire when he told the story of the alleged last minute call from Tom Brady.

“Donald, I support you, you’re my friend and I voted for you.”

For the record, Gisele Bundchen cannot vote for anyone in the election as she is not a citizen of the United States, but she claimed on Twitter and then Instagram that the Bradys are not supporting Donald Trump. It was also confirmed that Tom Brady did not vote today at all, but voted by absentee ballot last Monday, turning it in at a courthouse in Brookline, Massachusetts.

One fan said if Brady did vote for Trump, then he is no longer a Tom Brady fan.

“Your support of Trump defines you as a supporter of a con man, egomaniac, racist. I’m off your bandwagon.”

Whether or not Tom Brady is a fan of Donald Trump, it seems like Trump is a fan of Tom Brady, says the Huffington Post. Trump says he likes Brady because Brady is a winner.

“Tom Brady, great guy, great friend of mine, great, great champion, unbelievable winner.”

Donald Trump also read an almost flowery letter from Bill Belichick, promising his support, that Belichick is confirming he wrote and sent.
