Pippa Middleton Takes Duchess Kate Middleton Input On Wedding Dress, Engaged Socialite Not Worried About James Matthews’ Brother Spencer?
Pippa Middleton has less than a year to go until her wedding to James Matthews, but she is not showing signs of outward stress in public. While various wedding dress designers are clamoring for attention, it looks like she is taking things slowly and not letting the media get the better of her. Even with James Matthews’ unruly reality TV star brother Spencer, Pippa has taken a zen attitude towards him. Looks like she has some of Duchess Kate Middleton’s composure.
The latest news splash about Pippa Middleton was when a guy managed to hack her iCloud, sending the tabloids in a frenzy. But the court ruled that it was illegal to publish her private photographs, which means that Pippa managed to walk away from this incident relatively unscathed.
Maybe she got some advice from her fiance James’ little brother Spencer Matthews, who has plenty of experience dealing with public media from his tenure on various reality TV programs in the UK.
In fact, Spencer Matthews is known for being quite notorious. He starred in Made in Chelsea, “allegedly snorting cocaine,” making it publicly known that he “lost his virginity at 13” and that he “bedded over 1,000 women,” according to Telegraph UK.
He is also quite the selfie king, using social media for shameless self-promotion as well as promoting brands that have hired him.
If anyone knows how to manipulate the media, it would be Spencer Matthews.
With or without his help, Pippa Middleton is moving onto other important aspects of her pre-wedding life. One of those things is getting her wedding dress issue sorted out. Seeing how she will have an elaborate wedding, the kind of dress she is looking for may take months to make.
There certainly has not been a lack of designers that came forth to dress the younger sister of Kate Middleton.
“As soon as Pippa Middleton’s engagement was announced in July, designers around the world grabbed their sketchpads to start doodling up a dream dress,” reports Yahoo! Style.
“Dressing a semi-royal for their wedding is a designer’s fantasy; right now, they’ve all got their fingers crossed that they’re the chosen one. The clock is ticking, as she plans to wed fiancé James Matthews in August 2017. So several designers have shared with Brides UK what they think Middleton should wear on her big day.”
There has been Alexander McQueen-inspired dress as well as the one that mimics Kate Middleton’s famous dress.
In fact, the duchess has been sending some hints about where she is leaning on style spectrum these days. While she rocks classic pieces, she recently stepped out in a more modern piece, which is projected to influence the way British socialites dress all over the country.
“During a recent reception at Kensington Palace she really turned up the chic levels with a midi shirt-dress by Alexander McQueen, its poppy print clearly a nod to the 1970s trend that is currently blazing a trail through the fashion world,” reports Parade.
Pippa’s dress may be up in the air, but her wedding date certainly isn’t.
“Pippa Middleton and fiance James Matthews have fixed a date for their wedding next year, I can reveal – and she looks set to walk down the aisle in style in a £10,000 gown,” reports the Daily Mail.
“Pippa is having some luxurious ‘Save The Date’ invitations made, which will be sent to family and friends inside their Christmas cards. And the 33-year-old is determined her gown overshadows the dress that she wore to sister Kate’s wedding.”

Some are saying that the wedding is projected to be in August next year, meaning that she and James have exactly 10 months before they are married.
