Kim Kardashian will be taking all of the necessary precautions in the future to ensure her safety and the safety of her family.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is reportedly forking out $100,000 to have a panic room built in her LA home. Kim Kardashian is currently living in a $20 million Bel-Air mansion with her husband, Kanye West, and their two children, North, 3, and Saint, 10 months.

According to the Daily Mail, her new state-of-the-art security facility is being put in as soon as possible and will feature a large room, bathroom, and cameras.

"It will be made to withstand a fire of over 1,000 degrees and a 7.0 earthquake."

Kim Kardashian will also be hiring new security, the kind that looks after government officials.

"Kanye has hired a company that protects government officials in war-torn countries."
Kim's mother and manager, Kris Jenner, has said that her daughter has been having a hard time in the weeks following the robbery according to E! News. Her recovery has been a process, and Kim is said to be having nightmares and flashbacks.

Sources close to Kim confirmed that the reality star is not doing too well.

"She's not well. It's worse than anyone knows. She's been suffering severe panic attacks and refuses to be alone. She's been having flashbacks and nightmares. She's a nervous wreck. She gets especially anxious late at night."

It probably doesn't help that her husband Kanye West is back on his "Pablo Tour," which has just been extended.

"When the kids are sleeping she has time to think and she just replays that dreadful night over and over. Kim's ordeal is far from behind her."
Kris added that her maternal instinct has totally taken over since the robbery incident in Paris. All of her other famous children, Khloe, Kourtney, Rob, Kylie, and Kendall, have had to become "more aware" of their surroundings and respect Kim's request for privacy to allow her to "heal."

According to People, Kim Kardashian's assistant, Steph Shep, wrote a message to all of Kim's fans on her website saying that Kim would be "taking some much needed time off."

"Hey group, so you may have noticed we haven't updated the app in a couple weeks. But not to worry we've called upon Kim's closest friends, fam and yours truly to save up some exclusives. Stay tuned for new posts and app takeovers!! Thank you so much for your support for my girl. Love you mean it."
