Washington Redskins Vs. Cleveland Browns: 5 Bold Predictions For NFL Week 4
The Washington Redskins will host the Cleveland Browns in NFL Week 4 action. Washington will be looking to improve to 2-2 on the young season, while the Browns are still searching for their first win.
Hue Jackson and the Browns are coming off a very disappointing overtime loss on the road against the Miami Dolphins. Washington, on the other hand, came up with a huge NFC East division win over the New York Giants in Week 3. Both teams have a lot of talent, but they both have issues that they need to figure out in the next week or two as well in order to get themselves in playoff contention.

It will be interesting to see how each of these teams look this week, although the Redskins are highly favored to come out with the win.
Cleveland nearly shocked the Dolphins last week with rookie quarterback Cody Kessler starting. There isn’t too much known about him, although he certainly played a big role last week. Terrelle Pryor also stepped up in a big way for the Browns and will be asked to do so again this week against Washington.
All of that being said, what five bold predictions can be made for the Washington Redskins vs. Cleveland Browns game this week on Sunday afternoon?
Best way to fix the broken goal-to-go offense is to start throwing it at Jordan Reed on every down.

Kirk Cousins Will Throw for 300 Yards, Four Touchdowns
Last season, predicting these numbers for Kirk Cousins might not have been considered a bold prediction. After throwing for just 989 yards and three touchdowns in the first three games combined, this would be a huge game for Cousins. No one knows what his issues are this year, but he will get them figured out for their Week 4 game.
Cody Kessler Will Throw His First Three Career Touchdown Passes
Cleveland ended up starting rookie quarterback Cody Kessler last week, and he threw for 244 yards, no touchdowns, and no interceptions. Kessler will throw his first three touchdown passes against Washington this week. Without Corey Coleman on the field, it won’t be easy, but Kessler will find a way to get the job done.
• 21 rushing yards
• 35 passing yards
• 144 receiving yards@TerellePryor's highlights from #CLEvsMIAhttps://t.co/dDS3569u4m— Cleveland Browns (@Browns) September 26, 2016
Jordan Reed Will Rack Up 100 Yards, Two Touchdowns
Perhaps the biggest key for the Redskins is tight end Jordan Reed. He hasn’t caught a touchdown pass yet this week, which makes it time for a breakout performance. Reed will rack up at least 100 yards against the Browns and will catch two touchdowns as well, which will thrill his fantasy football owners.
Terrelle Pryor Will Come Through Yet Again
No one could have predicted the massive impact that Terrelle Pryor would have for the Browns last week. He threw for 35 yards, ran for 21 yards and a touchdown, and caught eight passes for 144 yards against the Dolphins. Pryor likely won’t have that big of a game, but he will still come through with a big performance for his team when they need him the most.

Washington Will Come Through with a Convincing Victory
Even though the Browns are a better team than most give them credit for, they are not going to defeat the Redskins this week. Washington will come away with a convincing win. It will likely be close in the first half, but the Redskins will break away in the second half for a win.
“Kirk Cousins’ decision making needs to improve… in a hurry.”

Expect to see the Browns come out firing with a lot of trust in their rookie quarterback Kessler. Cousins and the Redskins, however, have another idea. It should be a good game, but Washington fans will get the last laugh.
