Teresa Giudice stayed quiet on Twitter last night as the newest episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey aired on Bravo. The New Jersey ladies decided to go to Vermont for a few days away as they wanted Teresa to relax a little bit. While some of the ladies wanted to go somewhere warm since it was winter, Melissa Gorga convinced them all to go to Vermont since Teresa couldn’t travel very far due to her post-release restrictions. Giudice appreciated the offer, and she teased on Twitter yesterday that the episode would be very dramatic.
But once the episode started airing, Teresa Giudice stayed silent on Twitter. As it turns out, she may not have wanted to talk about her family’s problems or the problems that arose with Jacqueline Laurita. After being released from prison, Giudice has worked on her relationship with Melissa Gorga, sharing that they are indeed friends again. But Jacqueline Laurita doesn’t really think she can trust Melissa, and she’s even questioning why Teresa doesn’t want to talk about her legal problems.

All of the ladies have teased that Vermont would be a trip packed with drama, and it sounds like Teresa Giudice preferred to keep her opinions to herself as she didn’t say anything on Twitter about the trip. According to her Bravo blog for The Real Housewives of New Jersey last week, Teresa Giudice revealed that she was thankful for Melissa to stand up to those who she believed have wronged her. And she gave a shout-out to both her brother, Joe Gorga, and Melissa.

“THAT is what family is supposed to do for you: stand up for you and be there when times are tough, not tear you down and disappear when life isn’t fun and games anymore,” Teresa Giudice wrote in her blog for The Real Housewives of New Jersey, according to Bravo, thanking Melissa as well.

“She stood up to everyone when she said she wasn’t going to get in the middle of this nonsense. Thank you, Melissa. Your being there for me means the world to me and I will always remember what you and Joey did for me,” Giudice points out in her blog.

Teresa doesn’t really write anything harsh or mean about Jacqueline, but she has previously revealed that she’s skeptical of their friendship. While Giudice was open to get things back on track when the season began, she was shocked and surprised when Laurita confronted her about her legal problems. Giudice pointed out that Jacqueline herself had some financial issues, but Jacqueline separated the two by calling Teresa a criminal. Clearly that didn’t sit well with her.
But Giudice does reveal why she doesn’t talk to her cousins, Rosie Pierri and Kathy Wakile, too much anymore. As it turns out, Teresa Giudice can only take so much from someone before she feels like she has to cut them out of her life.

“Over the years, he has always managed to put me down, make jokes at my expense or say really cutting things about me. I talked about how mad I was that he threw my cookbook in the garbage years ago. I mean, who does that? I had it with Richie a long time ago, but have kept my mouth shut about him over the years because he is married to my cousin. But now, I’ve had enough,” Teresa Giudice explains in her blog about her relationship with Rosie Pierri and Kathy Wakile, revealing, “For years, things with Kathy, Richie and Rosie were good, for the most part, until they came on the show behind my back, which I write about in my memoir, Turning the Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again.”
What do you think of Teresa Giudice staying silent on Twitter as the drama erupts in Vermont? Do you think she has an opinion about what Jacqueline has been saying about Melissa in regards to her not being trustworthy?
