Meghan King Edmonds Hints Her Relationship With Tamra Judge Has Changed

Meghan King Edmonds decided that it was best for her not to visit Vicki Gunvalson in the hospital when she got the call from Heather Dubrow after the accident on last week’s episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County. Meghan wasn’t friends with Vicki and she was newly pregnant, meaning the hospital isn’t the best place for her to be. Edmonds thought that her justification was accepted by the ladies, as she hadn’t been friends with Vicki for a while. They had agreed to disagree and had moved on.

According to a new Bravo report, Meghan is now revealing that she’s surprised that Heather and Tamra Judge slammed her after she chose not to visit Vicki in the hospital. While Heather made some comments about her being pregnant and being reckless, Tamra downright told Meghan to go to hell. They were both in shock after the accident, but it is clear that they were saying things to hurt Edmonds.

“Heather made it a point to scold me for not asking how she was after the accident, but then I see them drinking champs right after, so what am I supposed to think? If they were so concerned about Vicki, they would have spent less time drinking champs and calling me, and more time figuring out how they were going to leave to go be with their friend,” Meghan King Edmonds explains in her Bravo blog, adding that she didn’t understand why Heather couldn’t just have left her son with some of the people there.

“Heather leaves her kids with babysitters all the time, why would it have been an issue for her to leave one kid to go to the hospital? I’m still in shock over Heather’s comment about “maybe it was reckless for me to get pregnant.” I never would have expected that from her, just like I never would have expected Tamra to tell me to ‘go to hell.’ It was really hard to watch those moments back,” Meghan King Edmonds points out, sharing that she had a hard time with the episode.

Her Real Housewives of Orange County co-stars have all said that it was emotional for them to watch the episode when they crashed the dune buggy. They were all scared that something worse happened to Vicki, who was airlifted to the hospital. But the way the accident was described to Meghan, she didn’t think that it was a big deal. Edmonds later learned that the accident had been serious and she took action. She grabbed one of her candles and went to visit Gunvalson at her home to apologize.

“I’m happy that I apologized to both Vicki and Heather and I honestly do feel bad if I let either of them down, so I’m hoping all of the drama around this accident can stop now. Vicki has even said that everything is fine between us,” Meghan King Edmonds points out, questioning why her co-stars can’t just let it go now.

Maybe Gunvalson needs to tell Kelly Dodd, Tamra Judge and Heather Dubrow that they have worked out their issues, so they will back off Edmonds. Shannon Beador, on the other hand, doesn’t appear to be as sensitive as Meghan. On this week’s episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, the ladies confronted Beador on her absence throughout this whole ordeal. She took by her morals, saying that she had no interest in pursuing a friendship with Vicki and therefore had no interest in going to the hospital to visit her co-star, especially since it wasn’t a serious enough accident.

Both Meghan and Shannon said that they would have dropped everything if Vicki had been admitted to the hospital and if the doctors felt that something serious was wrong. But since she was released from the hospital just hours later, it didn’t make sense for them to be by her side, given all of the drama and tears she had already put King Edmonds and Beador through. Sadly, Tamra’s reaction to Meghan’s lack of emotion may have caused a rift in their friendship. Only time will tell whether they will be able to work out their issues or hold a grudge towards one another.

What do you think of Meghan King Edmonds’ comments about Tamra Judge and Heather Dubrow? Do you think they were being insensitive?
