Teresa Giudice Thrilled To Make Peace With Jacqueline Laurita On ‘RHONJ’?

Teresa Giudice was shocked to find Jacqueline Laurita at her front door just weeks after returning home from prison. Teresa had been released just before Christmas and Jacqueline showed up at her door with coffee in hand in hopes of making peace with her former best friend. It’s no secret that Laurita and Giudice have struggled in the past and this short reconciliation didn’t last. While Teresa and Laurita both wanted to move on from the drama, it didn’t take long for things to blow up, as Jacqueline confronted Teresa about her legal problems at a private dinner. Before the food was served, Giudice stormed out of Jacqueline’s house. At this point, Teresa didn’t trust her former friend and had no intentions of making peace with her.

According to a new tweet, Teresa Giudice is now revealing that she actually enjoyed watching Sunday’s episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey because she and Jacqueline had a second chance to make peace. And it sounds like Giudice really enjoyed this episode as she got to understand what pressures and stress Jacqueline deals with on a daily basis with her autistic son, Nicholas.

“I [heart] this weeks episode #RHONJ,” Teresa Giudice revealed on Twitter, as she watched last night’s episode of the show.

When the spa weekend started, neither of the ladies were especially happy to go on this trip, knowing what had transpired in Jacqueline’s home just weeks prior. However, Teresa Giudice was no interested in letting her former friend ruin the weekend for her.

“I’m not going to let Jacqueline bother me – just namaste. I’m not bringing nothing up. If she wants to bring it up, she can talk to me,” Teresa Giudice had previously revealed about the spa weekend, according to People magazine.

And Laurita knew that she needed to keep her mouth shut if she wanted some peace with her friend and really reconcile their relationship. But she was ready to fight if things got heated.

“I will speak when spoken to. Meaning if Teresa’s friendly with me, I’ll be friendly with her,” Jacqueline had revealed prior to going on the spa trip. “If Teresa tries to make a dig, I’ll just bury her.”

In a confessional interview, Teresa Giudice told viewers that she had no idea what Jacqueline was dealing with on a daily basis with her son. She told viewers that it broke her heart into a million pieces and that she would be a shoulder to cry on if she needed someone there. It’s no secret that this autism diagnosis has been rough on the family as fans have been on the emotional roller coaster over the years, and she has opened up about the financial struggles.

“I believe in my heart that he will get better. If you’re having a bad day, always feel free to call me. I will stop whatever I’m doing,” Teresa told Jacqueline, referring to her son Nicholas and the struggles they go through, according to People magazine.

“I know I say s—– things when I’m angry,” Laurita admitted, adding, “I’m really sorry. When I’m mad, I say ugly things and then I feel guilty later. And then I’m like ‘Why did I say those things? I wish I didn’t say those things.'”

“I’ll always be there for you,” Giudice responded. “Just call and I’ll jump.”

It will be interesting to see how long this relationship will last, since they tend to get into fights rather often. But for now, they can relax and enjoy each other’s company. Maybe this is really the beginning of something new.
