Gwen Stefani Distances Her Children From Gavin Rossdale As She Prepares To Marry Blake Shelton [Report]

Gwen Stefani is reportedly distancing her children from their father.

According to a new report, Gwen Stefani and her boyfriend, Blake Shelton, are preparing for a holiday wedding and as the wedding rumors swirl, Stefani is being accused of keeping the boys, Kingston, 10, Zuma, 8, and Apollo, 2, away from Gavin Rossdale.

“It looks like Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are already thinking about their future and their family plans, which of course includes the singer’s three children,” Celebrity Dirty Laundry revealed to readers days ago.

The report went on to reveal that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton might be planning a surprise wedding around Christmastime and noted that there was a “problem” with Stefani’s plans as she would be “tearing her three children away” from Rossdale during the holidays.

The outlet also noted that Life & Style recently revealed details regarding Gwen Stefani’s alleged upcoming wedding to Blake Shelton.

“Apollo wants to be the ring bearer, and the two older boys will be junior groomsmen with Blake,” the magazine’s source revealed. “Blake wants it to be really special, to show them coming together as a family. They’re planning a December wedding at Blake’s ranch in Oklahoma because [Gwen Stefani] and the boys love it there and it will give them a lot of privacy.”

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton began dating one another at the end of last year after falling in love on the set of The Voice.

Last summer, both Gwen Stefani and her now-boyfriend went through highly publicized divorces which ultimately brought them together. During filming, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton became close friends, and eventually, in November 2015, they went public with their romance and fans got to see tons of flirting on the show and around Los Angeles.

A short time later, a source claimed Rossdale had grown jealous of Shelton and his interaction with his children.

“Blake is amazing with the kids. He’s such a big kid himself and loves doing all the same things as they do,” an insider told Hollywood Life. “One of his favorite things to do with them is go on hikes — they love Malibu Creek. They get out there in the mud, hunting for frogs or playing hide-and-seek. Blake loves any excuse to get outside and get dirty, so he’s a big hit with [Gwen Stefani]’s kids. It drives Gavin nuts that his kids have bonded with Blake. He hates that they’re spending so much time with him. He doesn’t have any say in it…and it’s killing him.”

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton often spend time with her children and were seen together at his ranch earlier this month.

In the months since Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton went public with their relationship, they have been spotted together all over the country. As Stefani continues to tend to her tour duties, Shelton is often seen in the audience and during a couple of her shows, he took the stage for a performance of their hit duet, “Go Ahead and Break My Heart.”

Currently, as Gwen Stefani’s “This is What the Truth Feels Like Tour” continues, Shelton is busy filming The Voice Season 11 with his co-stars, Adam Levine, Alicia Keys and Miley Cyrus. So, when it comes to their schedules, they aren’t able to be together as much as they once were. Luckily, they appear to remain completely supportive of one another and their careers and make time for one another whenever possible.
