‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Nick Makes A Startling Commitment To Chelsea And Connor, Adam Disappears For Good?
Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Nick Newman will make a startling decision that could impact both his life and Chelsea and Connor’s lives as well. Adam was sentenced to another prison term after pleading guilty to hurting the prison guard and is facing a long term in jail. Adam begged his brother to be a dad to his son and treat him as he would treat his own children. Adam picked him because outside of their somewhat rocky relationship, Nick is a great father. Young and the Restless spoilers hint that Adam could disappear for quite some time, and when he returns, we could see another actor swap.
The Young and the Restless fall previews indicate that Nick will make a promise to someone who will turn his life upside down.
“It will give him a new reason to live and become a better man,” said Chuck Pratt Jr.
Soap Opera Digest reports that Nick will agree to co-parent Connor with Chelsea while his brother is in prison. The new responsibility of caring for Connor is good for Nick and forces him step away from his grief about Sage and Christian’s death and put Connor’s needs first. It brings him hope that he could fall in love and have another child one day. Young and the Restless rumors have hinted that Chelsea and Nick will have a moment in the coming weeks.

Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Chelsea is faced with a difficult decision. It doesn’t give any other details but, based on the Friday, August 26 episode, one could assume that Chelsea is faced with the choice of staying in Genoa City or running away with Adam.
Soap Opera Spy reports that Chloe gets the shock of her life when she goes in Chelsea’s bedroom. Chloe reportedly stumbles upon the phone that Chelsea used to call Adam. She decides to call him and discovers that Victor and Nikki helped him escape. Chloe is put in the difficult spot of letting Adam go without alerting the authorities or turning him in. It will be a difficult choice for her because of her love for Chelsea and Connor. How will Adam react when he learns that Chloe found his only way to communicate with Chelsea?
Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Justin Hartley (Adam Newman) will be taking a long break from the soap opera. He will appear on the prime-time shows This Is Us and Mistresses. Hartley isn’t sure if he can do both shows and explained there will be a break from the daytime drama Young and the Restless fans speculate that Justin has resigned from his role, and the soapy drama could be looking for the perfect actor to take over the character.
Young and the Restless rumors have hinted that Justin may have resigned because he’s unhappy with the writing on the show. Apparently, he allegedly feels his character has been backed into a corner and cannot get out from under his father Victor’s grasp. Hartley has stated before stepping into the role that he planned to “make his Adam much more likable.” At this point, the only thing we know for certain is he plans to take a break from the show.
The Inquisitr previously reported that Young and the Restless producers issued a casting call for a hunk named “Dean” that seemed to sound an awful lot like Adam. It put the fans in panic mode as they started to embrace the realization that Adam would likely leave the CBS soap opera.
