You don’t have to be a fashionista to be excited about this season’s premiere of Project Runway. And, if you’ve been wondering when Project Runway starts, you’ll be happy to hear you’re not alone. You’ll be happier still to learn that the 15th season of Project Runway will premiere on September 15. The fact that this beloved Lifetime reality TV series is entering its 15th season is something of a milestone. According to judge Zac Posen, “Season 15 is going to be a historic season.” The popular judge went on to say, “get ready – get ready for great talent, get ready for a wild ride on that sewing machine.”
The Project Runway Facebook page has been highlighting this season’s contestants, as well as some juicy details about the upcoming season in a series of posts that have received lots of attention from fans of the show.

This season’s contestants range in ages from early-20s to mid-50s and they hail from cities all over the United States. Heidi Klum, the host of the show, says the series remains fresh thanks to the talent and innovation of the many designers who share their craft with the masses week in and week out.
“We’re not tired of it yet,” stated Klum, “the concept is the same but the people are different, the challenges are different, and our guest judges are different – and they always bring something great to the table, too.”

This season also boasts an exciting panel of guest judges including Priyanka Chopra, Emily Ratajkowski, Nina Dobrev, Camilla Belle, Jaime King, Shiri Appleby, Sabrina Carpenter, and Carly Chaikin. Not only that, but fans will also get a glimpse of Today anchor Savannah Guthrie, fashion designer Rebecca Minkoff, Kelly Osbourne, model Lucky Blue Smith, and Marie Claire editor-in-chief Anne Fulenwider.
Veteran judge Zac Posen and supermodel host Heidi Klum will once again work alongside Nina Garcia and America’s favorite designer-mentor, Tim Gunn.
