Khloe Kardashian has reportedly admitted to taking up to 20 vitamin pills, claiming it is helping her remain slim and healthy, according to Celeb Dirty Laundry.
The reality star, who was teased for years about her ongoing physique, has addressed her critics who are now claiming she has lost too much weight and should try gaining a couple of pounds to even out her shockingly thin frame.
While Khloe has often stressed that she is absolutely healthy and happy with the way that she looks, that hasn’t stopped people from weighing in with their opinions on how poorly the 32-year-old looks now that she has lost an incredible amount of weight.

The reality star makes it known that going to the gym has become her therapy session, where she finds herself up to six times a week. On top of that, her diet is very clean, ranging from high protein meals and whole foods, something which she says is the main reason she has managed to lose so much weight in the last couple of months.
Regarding the comments that she’s beginning to look too skinny, Khloe admits that she’s bothered by those who one minute claim she’s too fat, then she’s too thin. “If you had asked me two years ago if I would have the body I have now I would have said, ‘No way, my body can’t do that,'” Celeb Dirty Laundry quotes the socialite saying, clearly impressed by her new physique.
“But, [I’m trying to be] healthy from the inside out, taking 20 vitamins every morning and drinking water. That’s how I want to age gracefully. I just want to be healthy from the inside out.”

Khloe Kardashian’s official app solely focuses on a healthier lifestyle, something which the reality star has helped inspire a lot of fans in doing the same.
As previously revealed, Khloe’s weight loss plan came about following the announcement that she was divorcing Lamar Odom. The romance eventually saw Khloe realize that staying with the troubled athlete wouldn’t do her any good, and in order to start a new beginning, she would have to distance herself from her estranged husband and work on herself.
The social media fanatic ended up hiring personal trainer Gunnar Peterson, who she credits for helping her get to where she is today. A healthy nutritional plan and a workout plan that worked around her hectic schedule have now seen Khloe lose over 60lbs in just over a year.
The joyful news of Khloe’s weight loss journey comes just weeks after it was revealed that her brother, Rob, wasn’t doing so good with his own plans on regaining his beach body following his depression that saw him seclude himself from the family for three years.

After getting together with former stripper, Blac Chyna, Rob began working out with a personal trainer of his own, but, according to sources, that didn’t last long.
