Tara spoke out about Spears' very special gift in an interview with Britney-Galaxy.com, where she admitted that she actually thought the balloons and card were a practical joke when the package first arrived.
"I thought someone from my family or friends was playing a joke on us," Tara told the site of her son, who Britney-Galaxy.com revealed has been suffering from a number of health issues including comas, heart and lung problems and pneumonia.
"Then I received a phone call from Britney's management team making sure Chris received the Balloons and Card from Britney, I was in shock," Tara told the site, adding that Felicia also gave Christopher a laminated VIP lanyard when he attended one of Spears' Las Vegas residency shows back in 2014.
This isn't the first time Britney has gone the extra mile for her fans, as UnrealityTV reported in 2014 that Spears once flew a dying fan out to Las Vegas to see her Piece of Me residency shows after hearing that seeing her perform was on his bucket list.
According to the site, Cory Moraw, was born with a number of health issues including DiGeorge syndrome, diabetes, and Cirrhosis of the liver, made a GoFundMe page to help him complete his bucket list, which included seeing Britney in Sin City.
A number of Britney fans donated to the cause, which then caught the attention of Spears' team after a number of Twitter user tweeted out the hashtag #BritneyPleaseMeetCory.
Thanks to Britney and her team, Cory's dying wish then came true as the site revealed that Britney flew the fan out to Las Vegas to witness one of her shows and even met him before the concert in a private meet and greet.
