Aaron Rodgers Finally Talks About Brother Jordan Rodgers, Addresses Jordan’s Relationship With ‘Bachelorette’ JoJo Fletcher

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is prepping for his 12th season in the NFL, but fans of ABC’s popular reality show The Bachelorette are more interested in his relationship with his brother, Jordan Rodgers, than his arrival at training camp.

On Tuesday, Aaron finally spoke out about Jordan and his pursuit of JoJo Fletcher, but what he has to say may disappoint fans who are hoping to see the brothers resolve their differences.

Read on to find out what Aaron thinks about Jordan’s appearance on the Bachelorette and his relationship with JoJo Fletcher.

Jordan is currently a frontrunner on JoJo’s season of the Bachelorette, making it to the final two after Monday night’s overnight dates episode.

In addition to the rumors of infidelity that have been making tabloid headlines throughout the season, Jordan’s strained relationship with his brother Aaron has raised questions from not only JoJo but fans as well.

According to NBC Chicago, JoJo met Jordan’s family during the hometown dates — minus Aaron — and it was revealed that Jordan isn’t the only brother Aaron hasn’t spoken to over the past few years — his brother Luke hasn’t talked to him either.

Jordan told JoJo during hometowns that the brothers’ relationship is “complicated” and “not a topic” that’s up for discussion. Fans have been waiting to hear Aaron’s side, if only to put to rest the rumors (per Hollywood Life) that his girlfriend, Olivia Munn, is the reason behind the divide that has formed between Jordan, Luke, and Aaron.

During an interview with WISN, Aaron said that he hasn’t watched the Bachelorette and the fact that his brother Jordan is on the show hasn’t affected him “a whole lot.”

The Super Bowl MVP didn’t go into detail about his strained relationship with his brother, stating that he thought it was inappropriate to talk about “family matters.”

However, he did send well-wishes to Jordan, so there’s that.

“As far as those kinds of things go, I’ve always found that it’s a little inappropriate to talk publicly about some family matters, so I’m just — I’m not going to speak on those things, but I wish him well in the competition.”

Although Jordan hasn’t talked much about his strained relationship with his brother Aaron, he did admit to Bachelorette producers that he loves his brother and doesn’t have any hard feelings against him.

However, he made it clear that he has remained close with his parents and his brother, Luke and while it’s “not ideal,” it’s just the way Aaron has “chosen to do life.”

“I love him, and — and, uh — and I can’t imagine what it’s like to be in his shoes and have the pressure he has and the demands from people that he has. Don’t have hard feelings against him, it’s just how things go right now.”

During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, blogger Reality Steve, who releases spoilers about the Bachelorette on his blog, states that Jordan Rodgers is “in line for the final rose” despite being “dogged for past infidelities” and claims that he joined the cast for fame, not love.

Contestant and Bachelorette Season 12 villain Chad Johnson also put his two cents about Jordan during the taping of the Men Tell All special, telling ET that “everything you read in the tabloids” about Jordan is true, including the rumors that Jordan and JoJo “talked and planned” before the show started taping.

Jordan Rodgers won’t appear on Monday night’s Men Tell All, but he will appear on the live After the Final Rose special that airs after next Monday night’s Bachelorette season finale.

Whether he comes out on stage at the ATFR as JoJo’s fiancee or as the runner-up, there is no doubt that host Chris Harrison will question him again about his intentions on the show and bring up what appears to be an uncomfortable topic — his relationship with his brother, NFL star Aaron Rodgers.
