Khloe Kardashian & Lamar Odom Having Baby After Rehab Intervention Fails?
Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have suffered through multiple challenges after he almost died from an overdose at a brothel. Kardashian stayed by his side and continued to support him after he recovered enough to leave the hospital. But she has distanced herself from Lamar since news broke that her estranged husband was having problems with alcohol, according to ET.
Khloe turned to Twitter and shared a sad face emoji after Odom was removed from a plane because he was vomiting repeatedly and drunk. A Kardashian insider revealed to ET that the reality TV star and Lamar have stopped staying in touch consistently.
“The man was on his deathbed and she helped him get a second chance at life. If that didn’t wake him up, what will?”
Fans referred to the incident on Twitter, and Kardashian returned with her views.
“Can’t save every soul,” tweeted one fan.
“But we like to try,” admitted Khloe.
“You gave him your hand, he didn’t take it. Stay strong, you are our role model,” encouraged another fan.
Kardashian previously filed for divorce from Lamar, then withdrew it when she needed to take responsibility for handling his medical care after his overdose. In late May, Khloe filed again for divorce from her estranged husband, following what ET‘s source described as “shock” when she learned he had been seen at a bar drinking again.
“Khloe is shocked that he was caught drinking again.”
In addition, an insider revealed to ET that Odom’s medical team had advised him against drinking any alcohol. Despite those warnings, Lamar was spotted once again drinking alcohol at the Beverly Center mall in Los Angeles prior to the incident in which he was removed from the plane.
Following those reports that Lamar had relapsed into his dangerous habits, his family staged an intervention to try to get him to go to rehab, an insider told Us Weekly.
The intervention followed concern from his family about his dangerous behavior, and took place in New York City on Friday, July 22, shared the source.
“Lamar was doing really bad.”
Those participating in the intervention included his former wife Liza Morales, aunt JaNean Mercer, his children and some of his cousins. Odom reportedly seemed “extremely surprised” by the situation, exiting the intervention.
Those close to Lamar have become increasingly worried about the signs that he has relapsed, with the incident that caused him to be booted off an airplane among them. A source revealed to Us that Khloe’s estranged husband had visited a Santa Monica bar before going to the airport.
“[Lamar] got really angry and started getting drunk.”
In addition to the plane incident, Odom has been seen at various strip clubs in New York City.
Amid all this troubling behavior, Kardashian reportedly has a new situation to manage: She’s pregnant, a source told Life & Style.
Even though the two are estranged, the insider claims that Khloe and Lamar were together last month, leading to the pregnancy.
“A lot of people don’t know it, but Khloe and Lamar were still sleeping together in June,” alleged the source.
Despite the pregnancy shocker, Kardashian has not changed her views on Odom following the signs that he has been drinking alcohol to excess and partying, according to that insider.
“She’s done with Lamar, for good,” emphasized the source. “That’s why a pregnancy, which she should be overjoyed with, has become her absolute worst nightmare.”
However, Gossip Cop reports that Khloe is not pregnant. The media outlet also denied claims that Kardashian “dumped” Odom after he would not enter rehab.
