Kris Humphries Drops $8,000 Per Month For Swanky Manhattan Apartment

Kris Humphries is now living it up in a swanky $8,000 per month Manhattan bachelor pad. With the New Jersey Nets making the move to New York, Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband decided to do the same.

The new pad isn’t exactly the most spacious property on the market, but, with 1,277 square-feet, it is not exactly “New York small” either. The property is located in the Battery Park neighborhood of Manhattan.

Although $8,000 a month might seem like a lot to us common folk, Humphries recently signed a new two-year, $24 million deal with the Nets.

A source close to the move tells TMZ that Humphries chose the apartment specifically so he could prove his commitment to the Nets by staying close to his team’s location.

So what does $8,000 in Battery Park provide? A 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with top of the line appliances, a panoramic New York City view, bamboo floors, a billiards room, private gym, and 24-hour concierge service.

The apartment complex also includes a roof-top pool and roof-top deck.

Here are a few more pictures from the bachelor pad. Do you think this New York apartment is worth $8,000 per month?

Maybe Kris Humphries will have a bit of help paying for the new bachelor pad when his divorce to Kim Kardashian is finally finished. Then again, he might just end up looking more foolish than he already has.

In the meantime, we are taking bets on how long it takes for Myla to sleep over.
