Selma Blair, Longtime Boyfriend Jason Bleick Split [Report]

Actress Selma Blair and her boyfriend Jason Bleick have reportedly decided to call it quits after being together for over two years.

According to Us Weekly, the couple, who met in 2010 while working on Bleick’s EVER fashion line, decided to end their romance in the best interest of their 14-month-old son, Arthur.

“They were fighting nonstop,” a source told Us Weekly.

Since the split, Blair and her son have reportedly moved into a temporary apartment in Los Angeles’ Venice Beach. Blair put her 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Hollywood bungalow on the market back in January.

Us Weekly reports that despite their separation, Selma and Jason are attempting to remain on good terms for the sake of their little boy.

The source added:

“Jason spent some quality time with Arthur recently. He met Selma at a restaurant, then took Arthur for a walk on the beach.”

Prior to dating Bleick, Blair was married to Ahmet Zappa from 2004-2006, and dated Kath & Kim costar Mikey Day from 2008-2010.

In addition to taking care of her 14-month-old son, Blair is currently starring alongside Charlie Sheen in FX Network’s newest comedy series, Anger Management.

Blair recently talked to TV Week about the struggles she has met with in trying to balance new motherhood with an acting career.

“I’m definitely struggling right now, like so many moms who are trying to be as close to their child as they can and get back to work,” she told TV Week back in March. “It’s such a common problem, but you feel like you’re the only one in the world.”

“I need to get myself back together so I can go back to work so I can pay for a house for this baby.”
