Chris Brown Missing Karrueche Tran? ‘Loyal’ Singer Comments On Ex-Girlfriend’s Instagram Photo
Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran may not be on speaking terms following the model’s decision to call off her longtime relationship to the “Grass Ain’t Greener” singer last year, but is Chris looking to reconcile with Karrueche despite the duo’s recent Instagram feuds?
On Saturday, Chris Brown sparked rumors of a potential reconciliation with Karrueche Tran after he took to Instagram to comment on one of the model’s newest photos with a “honey pot” emoji, leading some fans to interpret Brown’s comment as a sign that he may be missing his former romance with Karrueche.
Karrueche took to Instagram on Friday to share a paparazzi-style photo of herself out and about on the town earlier this week, captioning the cute shot with a simple “smiling face with sunglasses” emoji. In the photo, Tran dons a sleek pair of gray sunglasses with a chic leather bomber jacket, pink camouflage skirt, wedge sneakers, and black backpack as she turns toward the camera to flash a smile at the paparazzi.

Fans were quick to flood Karrueche’s Instagram comments with praise over the model’s eclectic street style, but it looks like Tran’s followers weren’t the only ones who took note of the model’s sexy new photo. In a screengrab obtained by the Shade Room, Chris Brown can be seen commenting on his ex-girlfriend’s new pic with a simple “honey pot” emoji, leading some fans to interpret Brown’s comment as a sign that he’s missing his former relationship with Karrueche.

While Tran hasn’t publicly acknowledged Chris’ comment on her photo, the model has been adamant about her decision to distance herself from Brown since ending their longtime relationship last year following the news that Brown had fathered a child with model Nia Guzman.
In May, rumors suggesting that Chris Brown and Karrueche had gotten back together flooded social media after the model shared a photo of her new French bulldog puppy, Pepper, on Instagram just hours before Brown uploaded a video of himself playing with the same breed of dog.
Despite fan speculation that Chris and Karrueche may have reunited in secret, the model’s rep was quick to shut down the reconciliation rumors in a statement to Gossip Cop in which they insisted that not only are the duo not back together, they aren’t “even in contact with one another.”
“Karrueche, I have a question for you,” the radio host began in their interview, “Many people want to know on social media, we want to know in here as well, I think maybe the industry would like to know … are you back with Chris Brown?”
“No,” Karrueche explained while making a face, “I am so single. So so so so single.”
In addition, other fans pointed out that given the nature of Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran’s recent heated Instagram feuds, it’s unlikely that the model is open to reconciling with Brown anytime soon.
In March, the duo made headlines after exchanging several heated messages on Instagram as a result of Brown’s decision to blast Karrueche’s manager, Jacob York, for reportedly trying to “capitalize” on the duo’s breakup, Us Weekly reports.
“I wish u the most successful career ever,” Chris Brown began in a since-deleted Instagram comment to Karrueche. “But I promise you this, once this ‘TALENT’ you have starts to simmer, so will everyone else including Jacob, all of your famous friends know u how? How? How? How? How?..Ok. So to end this petty game that’s gonna allow u to book more club appearances and ‘MOVIES’ that go straight to DVD I’ll leave you this [heart emoji]!”
In response to Brown’s post, Karrueche slammed Chris Brown for continuing to diss her on social media while pointing out that Chris begged her to forgive him in his sultry “Back To Sleep (Remix)” track that dropped earlier this year.
“You’re calling me a b**** yet you’re screaming my name in a song about getting back together?” Karrueche explained, adding, “CAN ALL THIS PETTY S*** STOP. IT IS SO UNNECESSARY. You have a beautiful daughter and so much to live for. LIVE YOUR LIFE and be positive. I’m so over the drama!”
