Fans Call Out Ex ‘RHOBH’ Yolanda Hadid Over Photo With Nazi Sympathizer Book

Yolanda Hadid either made a very scary styling mistake or has some explaining to do about her taste in coffee table reading material, as she posted a photo, portraying her “idea of home” and comfort which included a toxic candle and a book by Nazi propagandist Leni Riefenstahl. Yolanda, who is trying to parlay her time on Real Housewives into a lifestyle brand has made a serious misstep, as fans are crying out on social media for an explanation.

According to the Inquisitr, Yolanda Foster went back to her former name, Yolanda Hadid, and recently downsized her living space as a result of her divorce with David Foster. While Yolanda was looking for the right place to live while she continues to heal from Lyme Disease, her first ex-husband, Mohamed Hadid, is building bigger and bigger places, and having legal trouble as a result of not having proper permits and permission.

All About the Tea has revealed that there is a social media explosion about Yolanda’s lack of sensitivity and possible antisemitism in displaying and photographing a book by Leni Riefenstahl, a woman who supported the Nazis and Hitler during WWII. In addition to that, Yolanda was also promoting a candle by Jo Malone that according to her own words, is not healthy for those trying to live clean and fight Lyme Disease. Her followers on Instagram blasted her for being a hypocrite, using a toxic candle after criticizing those who did, and for at least being uneducated with her choice of reading material.

“Yolanda, please be aware that Jo Malone candles are not natural, and are a paraffin blend, which obviously is a chemical.”

“Leni Riefenstahl? Really, Yolanda? Find another black on black book that matches your decor.”

“Isn’t it a bit weird to casually post a picture of a candle with a book of one of the greatest propagandists of Nazi Germany?”

“I normally love and support you, but this is DISGUSTING! A legacy of anti-semitism and hate. How dare you post this Third Reich Propaganda.”

And things got uglier when people asked why she didn’t throw Mein Kampf on the pile. Leni Riefenstahl was best known for her imposing films and propaganda materials supporting the Nazi party and Adolph Hitler. Yolanda is allegedly working on her own book and will need the support of her fans to buy and read it. If the reaction to this post is any indication, she has offended many of them in one day.

Yolanda Hadid is heading in the wrong direction professionally this week, as after she was demoted this week on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, she quit rather than take a smaller role on the Bravo show, according to Entertainment Tonight. In the past, Yolanda had been a full housewife on the show, but she was only offered the role as friend of the housewives next season, which wasn’t satisfactory to Yolanda.

Yolanda told Bravo that she would only stay on RHOBH if she was one of the full housewives, and gave an ultimatum. Bravo and the production of RHOBH declined, and Yolanda quit. Supposedly, there is no bad blood between Yolanda and Bravo, and Yolanda released a statement to her fans, explaining the situation.

“I believe that every exit is a new entry and with that in mind I say goodbye to my @Bravotv Family as I continue to focus on a my recovery, my children and bring back the privacy within our Home. I am excited about this CHOICE and look forward to the next chapter of my life.”

On the comments section of All About the Tea and Twitter, fans and others who saw the photo are asking what Yolanda could possibly be thinking when choosing that one book by a known Nazi sympathizer to post on Instagram. The comments ranged from puzzled to hateful. Many wondered, considering that Yolanda is Dutch, and how Hitler ravaged Holland, why Yolanda wouldn’t be making better choices for what she reads.

SuzieQ said “Why am I not surprised that she is either a nazi sympathizer or just dumb as a brick. She is after all the Lyme journey nazi.”

MarsBars09 said “Hi Please! I feel that a reasonably intelligent person would know something about what they place in their homes. Why would you own something you know nothing about? If an interior decorator was responsible for placing that Leni book in Yo’s home they ought to be out of business.”

Others called Yolanda names and wondered about Mohamed Hadid’s Palestinian birth and how he might feel about Israelis and Jews. Until Yolanda Hadid responds to fans, the comments will continue to roll in.

Do you think that Yolanda Hadid really just chose the book because she liked the color scheme, or do you think this questionable book is part of her collection?
