‘Teen Mom 2’ Kailyn Lowry Flaunts Weight Loss, While Javi Marroquin Reveals He Does Not Want Divorce

Kailyn Lowry continues to undergo changes since her divorce with Javi Marroquin.

In the latest round of developments, the Teen Mom 2 star showed off her newly trimmed figure, all the while infidelity rumors continue to mount.

In Touch Weekly is reporting that Lowry shared a few images on Instagram of her new revenge body. Based on the photo, Lowry is clearly doing well despite her split with Marroquin.

Of course, Lowry’s breakup wasn’t all that surprising. Their constant fighting was well documented on Teen Mom, and sources indicate that they have been growing apart for some time.

“They’ve been unhealthy for a while, and Kail knew divorce was inevitable,” an insider explained. “There was always a disconnect.”

That being said, Wet Paint revealed that Lowry got extra emotional about her divorce during an interview with Dr. Drew.

Although Lowry has made it clear that she wants a divorce, it appears as though Marroquin has a different opinion.

In a promo trailer for the coming episode of Teen Mom 2, Lowry and Marroquin sat down with Dr. Drew and discussed their future together.

During the candid interview, Marroquin admitted that Lowry’s miscarriage was the catalyst for their split. Not only did he blame Lowry for what happened, but he also stopped supporting her like a husband should.

“That’s when our marriage kinda started going downhill,” Marroquin shared over FaceTime.

Marroquin is currently deployed overseas and revealed that he plans on living in a separate home once he returns to the states.

“I’m going to get my own place and she’s going to stay at the house,” he stated. “I think we’re talking about a divorce.”

However, when asked if he wants to break up with Lowry, Marroquin’s answer surprised Lowry.

“Absolutely not,” he said. “I want my family together more than anything in this world and she just felt I wasn’t supportive of her…”

While Marroquin clearly wants Kailyn Lowry back, reports indicate that he has already found a new romance. According to International Business Times, the reality star recently flirted with another woman on social media.

“@brookwellss is your sister single tho?!” Marroquin wrote on Twitter.

This isn’t the first time the couple has faced cheating allegations. Earlier this month, Marroquin accused Lowry of being unfaithful through a number of cryptic messages on Twitter. The social media outbursts sparked rumors of a coming split, which were later confirmed.

For her part, Lowry hinted at a relationship with longtime friend Becky Hayter. The two women attended a gay pride event and shared several photos together. In one of the images, Lowry was shown kissing Hayter.

Of course, Lowry has not confirmed her relationship with Hayter. In fact, as previously reported by the Inquisitr, the two women are just good friends.

“[Lowry] is NOT dating anyone,” an insider shared. “Dating definitely is not her priority right now.”

With cheating allegations surrounding both parties, it is unclear what is really happening behind the scenes. Although it doesn’t seem likely that Lowry and Marroquin will get back together, he did apologize to her for his lack of commitment.

“In my mind, I knew it wasn’t my fault, it wasn’t her fault, it wasn’t anybody’s fault,” Marroquin stated in the coming episode. “I was just hurt, and I took it out on her, and that was my mistake. I’m sorry, and I just want to apologize to her.”

Whether or not Marroquin’s apology is good enough to keep their marriage together is yet to be seen.

Fans can watch the emotional exchange between Lowry and her estranged husband when the final episode of Teen Mom 2’s seventh season airs June 20 on MTV.
