Katy Perry And Orlando Bloom’s Relationship Heats Up As Other Hollywood Couples Fizzle Out

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are still proving that their love is strong. The couple was spotted enjoying a romantic dinner date in West Hollywood.

Katy Perry, 31, and Orlando Bloom, 39, have been dating since February when they met at the 2016 Golden Globe Awards. They went through some drama back in May, when Bloom was spotted getting cozy with Selena Gomez in Las Vegas shortly after her Revival concert. Then the two were even spotted heading to the same hotel together. But both Gomez and Perry claim that nothing naughty went on during that time.

Then on June 1, Katy and Orlando were spotted having a dinner date at the Sunset Tower in West Hollywood. According to Hollywood Life, Katy wore a short-sleeve blue satin flared dress with a maroon velvet collar. She topped off her look with gold dangle earring and a sleek bun, while Orlando wore a dark blue shirt, black jacket, and black trousers. He paired his look with black shoes and colorful beaded bracelets on both of his wrists.

Katy took to Instagram to share her date-night look. But instead of talking about her relationship, she asked her fans to get out and vote for the Senator of California on June 6.

The couple was fresh off their recent trip to Miami last week, according to the Daily Mail. Then they were spotted together at Cannes back in May when Perry took to Instagram to confirm the relationship rumors. Orlando and Perry also attended a variety of red carpet events and star-studded parties, but did not want to fuel any more rumors about their relationship.

Sources revealed that Katy took “great lengths to avoid joint photos” with her famous boyfriend at the amfAR’s 23rd Cinema Against AIDS Gala in Antibes. According to Us Weekly, photographers were asked by the pop singer not to take any photos of the two together. Strangely enough, Katy and Orlando arrived separately and sat at adjoining tables but would “turn around and tap each other to talk” every so often.

The hot celebrity couple, who are both UNICEF ambassadors, were also spotted together during charity work in their recent trips to the Vietnam and Ukraine. Perry has been a goodwill ambassador for the charity since 2013, while Bloom has been an ambassador since 2009.

During Katy’s visit, she dressed up in a UNICEF uniform while she played with the children in the Ninh Thuan Province, where children are suffering from nutrient deficiency due to low supplies and very little food. Katy put a smile on a young boy’s face when she gifted him her scarf to remember him by.

Meanwhile, Bloom met with children and schools that have been torn apart by the war currently taking place in the country. The Pirates of the Caribbean star has recently opened up about his experience with the children in the poverty-stricken country.

“I met children like 11-year-old Liana, who hid in the basement of their school for almost two weeks, in freezing conditions, without lighting or heat as shelling devastated the classrooms above. Now, after surviving some of the most terrifying experiences life could possibly throw at them, all they want is to get back to the safety and routine of school and plan for their futures.”

In the midst of the various breakup reports rocking Hollywood, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have been staying strong despite the cheating rumors. Perry has reportedly met his parents back in March while she has already met his 5-year-old son, Flynn, whom he shares with ex-wife Miranda Kerr.

It seems like Katy and Orlando have been showing off their love all over the world. Earlier this year, the couple was spotted vacationing together in Hawaii, New York City, and Disneyland California. Looks like their whirlwind romance is taking them around the globe as an attempt to test their love and their limits.
