Zayn Malik, Gigi Hadid Heading For Split: ‘Pillowtalk’ Singer Missing Ex-Fiancée Perrie Edwards?

It looks as if Zayn Malik’s relationship with Gigi Hadid is beginning to fall apart. Sources allege that their romance is quickly beginning to cool down.

While the couple appeared to be happier than ever when they showed up to the Met Gala together a month ago, an insider reveals that their hectic schedules have kept Zayn from Gigi for weeks on end.

It has gotten to the point where the couple has allegedly questioned one another on whether the relationship is even worth it anymore. Hadid’s career has kept her anywhere but home in recent weeks, and with Malik reportedly planning to head out on tour early next year, the two are bound to find themselves with more conflicted scheduling issues.

It should be noted that Gigi Hadid’s previous relationship with Joe Jonas ended up falling apart for the same reason: The model just didn’t have time to commit herself to the former Jonas Brothers member, consequently deciding to call it quits and remain single.

Of course, that only ended up lasting for a month when she suddenly fell in love with Zayn, who she has been seeing for almost a year. But with Gigi walking the runway for the biggest fashion designers, it has become clear that her career takes priority over any boyfriend.

A source gushed to Hollywood Life , “Things between Zayn & Gigi are not entirely over, they are just cooling off. He has a lot of passion for her as she has been an inspiration to him since the day they met. However, they are not spending much time together lately and are not hanging out as much as they once were.”

While Gigi resides in New York City, it is unclear whether Zayn is staying with the 21-year-old. Regardless of the matter, the relationship is showing signs that it’s bound to come to an end.

So what does this mean for the “Pillowtalk” singer? Just weeks ago, it was alleged that Malik still had strong feelings for his ex-fiancée Perrie Edwards after dumping her via a measly phone call. Edwards was left devastated by the shocking news, so much that it took her months to get over the split.

While fans would love to see a reconciliation between the two, some are doubting that Perrie would give Zayn another chance simply because of how their relationship ended. This was the woman Malik was planning to marry, so to suddenly dump her with a brief conversation over the phone was the most hurtful thing the 23-year-old could have done to Edwards.

With that being said, Zayn’s entire family are still living in Britain, and considering how close he is with his siblings, if the relationship with Gigi Hadid ends up falling apart, the singer will most likely return to Europe, giving him the perfect opportunity to make things right with Perrie .

News of Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik possibly calling it quits comes just weeks after it was alleged that the former X Factor contestant had been thinking about Perrie lately, insinuating that Malik’s decision to end things with Perrie may have been a regretful decision after all.
