Kate Middleton has started a new mental health campaign, along with her husband, Prince William, and his brother, Prince Harry.

Middleton attended the inaugural Heads Together event with William and Harry, gathering some of the U.K.’s top mental health charities and encouraging people to openly discuss their psychological struggles and seek help, reported the Daily Mail.

The event, which was held at London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, also featured three-time world champion boxer Duke McKenzie. Kate Middleton threw a few punches with McKenzie, who was representing Mind, an organization which hosts sporting sessions and boxing classes, explained The Telegraph. It turns out, the Duchess was excited to throw on some boxing gloves and pack a few punches, explained the boxing champion.

“She couldn’t wait to get the gloves on and had a wicked punch.”

Not only did Kate have a great swing, but the Duchess wore her red boxing gloves, along with a Goat Binky Blouse in white from Goat Fashion, with a price tag of $460. She also wore a Banana Republic Geo Printed Midi Skirt for $138 and teal Rupert Sanderson shoes, according to Us Weekly. Want the look? Well, shop quick because it will definitely be sold out soon!

While some may view boxing as aggressive, the sport can be quite beneficial for those who suffer from mental health issues, commented Duke McKenzie.

“Boxing is fantastic for your mental state. It helps you to punch out your problems, the discipline is good and if you are healthy in body it helps you to be healthy in mind. It is great for getting out all your stress and focusing.”

Not only did Middleton try her hand in boxing, but so did Prince Harry. The bachelor also had a session with McKenzie and adopted the proper boxing stance and had some powerful punches. Duke McKenzie was even a little fearful of Harry at times, jokingly saying “He was giving me the eye and I think he wanted to take me out!”

Much to his surprise, Prince Harry revealed that he has used boxing as a coping mechanism for stress in the past.

Kate Middleton, her husband and brother-in-law Prince Harry, used their Royal Foundation to create Heads Together. Heads Together brings the U.K.’s eight leading mental health charities under one organization. In launching their new program, the three royals hope to “change the national conversation” on psychological health.

Recently, the Duke, Duchess and Prince Harry have become major players in the mental health field. Prince Harry has just returned from the Invictus Games, where he raised awareness about the psychological trauma veterans endure. Last week, the Duke of Cambridge made a speech about male suicide, which he dealt with while working as an air ambulance pilot, explained a piece done by The Telegraph. Kate Middleton recently attended her first event at the Anna Freud Centre in London as a patron. The Anna Freud Centre, which helps disadvantaged children, is currently in the process of raising money to develop a mental health center for kids. Middleton spoke at one of their fundraising events, where she thanked donors who have so far contributed to the project.
