Emma Watson Brunches With New Boyfriend William Knight In New York
Emma Watson has been through some highs and lows the past few months, so she treated herself by stepping out with her boyfriend, William Knight, in New York for a brunch. After half a year of secretly dating, it looks like Beauty and the Beast star is sick of hiding her relationship from the cameras.
“Emma Watson looked like she’d already found her Prince Charming as she stepped out for breakfast with her boyfriend William Mack Knight in New York on Monday,” reports the Daily Mail. “Clad in a tan leather jacket, the 26-year-old actress looked effortlessly chic on the outing as she strolled through the streets.”

From the pictures, she looked more than happy to be with William Knight, enjoying a nice spring day in the Big Apple. Her new boyfriend also looked to be in great spirits as he exited the restaurant with a gentle smile on his face.
“Emma and William are believed to have begun dating last Autumn but have opted to keep their relationship low-key,” reports the Daily Mail. “The Harry Potter star previously admitted she was worried her wealth may be off-putting to potential boyfriends, but William is believed to be affluent in his own right. The tech entrepreneur – who graduated from Princeton – is reportedly making $150,000 a year and comes from a wealthy background as his father, a retiree, is director of a discreet golf club.”
Knowing how Emma chose to attend Oxford and then get her Bachelor degree from American Ivy League school Brown University, it’s no surprise that her boyfriend also falls into the high-society model.
But dating isn’t the only thing that the 26-year-old actress is doing right now. She recently announced that she will be taking a year off from acting and Hollywood so that she can focus on herself.
“I’m taking a year away from acting to focus on two things, really,” Emma said according to Entertainment Weekly. “My own personal development is one. I know that you read a book a day. My own personal task is to read a book a week, and also to read a book a month as part of my book club. I’m doing a huge amount of reading and study just on my own.”
This time off will probably be good for her budding relationship with William Knight as she will have more time to visit him get to know him.
But as the face of UN He For She campaign, Emma Watson is not really getting a year off from work.
Back in January, Emma Watson launched a feminist book club for all her fans and other feminists. Impressively, she has been staying put to her plans and have shown that she takes them seriously.
“The actress and HeForShe activist is still on that book club train,” reports Refinery29. “And her new picks are excellent: two works by the brilliant Caitlin Moran, Moranifesto and How to Be a Woman.”

“Emma Watson and Daniel Brühl’s latest drama has undergone a name-change for its forthcoming UK release,” reports Entertainment Focus. “Florian Gallenberger’s nerve-jangling thriller The Colony (formerly known as Colonia) is based on harrowing true events. The film hits cinemas and On Demand from July 1st.”
If the tour goes as planned, it looks like she won’t have as much time for her boyfriend, William Knight. Better schedule as many brunch dates as possible before then!
