Are Miley Cyrus’ Exes Causing Her Trouble With Liam Hemsworth?
Miley Cyrus hit the news cycle again this week with her ex-lovers, news that might be behind rumors of friction in her relationship with Liam Hemsworth.
Miley Cyrus, who over Christmas got back together with ex-fiancé Liam Hemsworth, has so far been coy about their current status, leading to rumors about what is happening between the two. Recently, news surfaced that Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth might be heading for a breakup. As the International Business Times reports, the breakup rumors surround an alleged sext that Miley Cyrus sent to her ex-lover and model Stella Maxwell. Neither Miley Cyrus nor Liam Hemsworth have made a statement surrounding this rumored action.
Unfortunately for Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus, Stella Maxwell wasn’t the only ex-lover who was in the news talking about their relationship this week. Nick Jonas also discussed his previous relationship with Miley Cyrus, talking glowingly on a Reddit AMA about how versatile the former Hannah Montana actress has become, according to USA Today.
“(I)t’s been a while since I spoke to Miley, but I think that the persona is awesome and I think that she is living proof that you can continue to evolve as an artist and a creator. And I’m a huge Woody Allen fan, so I’m looking forward to seeing the show that she’s doing with him.”
Distance between Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus could be causing the friction rumors. Miley Cyrus is in New York to film a TV series with the aforementioned Woody Allen. The untitled show is being produced for Amazon and will premiere in the fall. According to Deadline, little is still known about the project. The only available information about the TV series is that the Woody Allen project is set in the 1960s, and the story will be told over six half-hour long episodes. Michael Rapaport, Lewis Black, and Joy Behar have also confirmed to be in the project alongside Miley Cyrus.
For her part, Miley Cyrus continues to wear what is suspected to be her old engagement ring from Liam Hemsworth. Miley Cyrus recently showed it off at a New York Knicks basketball game. The singer was in attendance with her mom Tish and sister Brandi. Miley Cyrus shared a picture on her Instagram account and can be seen with bleach blonde hair and bangs.
A news article prior to the ex-lovers entering the picture made a future wedding between Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth seem inevitable. The two had allegedly purchased a new home that was being called their “marriage pad” in Malibu, the Inquisitr reported.
Miley Cyrus has focused more on her music career rather than her acting career lately. All that will change as Miley Cyrus looks to meld the two careers together with the news that she will be a judge on the next season of The Voice.
According to TMZ, Miley Cyrus will be joining veteran judges Adam Levine and Blake Shelton along with newcomer Alicia Keys. This means that while Gwen Stefani had expressed her interest in returning to The Voice, it will not be happening for Season 11.
Miley Cyrus has served as an advisor on the current season of The Voice, impressing the producers with her own talent. While The Voice is still one of the most-watched TV shows on right now, its ratings have dropped somewhat this season. It’s hoped that Miley Cyrus will bring in a new, younger demographic to the talent show.
