‘The 100’ Season 3, Episode 9 Extended Promo: Abby Determined To Save Kane From Pike’s Execution Order

The 100 season 3, episode 9 is titled “Stealing Fire” and an extended promo has been released. When the post-apocalyptic series returns to the CW later this month, many of the Arkadians will be reeling over Pike (Michael Beach) ordering Kane (Henry Ian Cusick) to be executed. This includes Paige Turco’s character, Abby. In the extended promo for “Stealing Fire,” she will get emotional while speaking to Kane. Abby tells the former chancellor that she won’t allow him to die. Can Abby find a way to save Kane on The 100?

On the last episode of The 100, titled “Terms and Conditions,” Pike sent a message to every resident in the Arkadian camp. The new chancellor is not to be messed with. If the characters of The 100 didn’t see how serious Pike is about his mission, they do after his order to kill Kane. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, even Bellamy (Bob Morley) finally realizes that Pike is not a leader at all. In previous episodes, he did have suspicions that Pike was going too far. However, he continued to work with the new chancellor, even after Kane warned him about making the wrong decision. He is a man on a mission, someone determined to get revenge and do it his way. To the new chancellor on The 100, it doesn’t matter what the cost is. In his mind, even if Pike needs to kill to get his way, even those he once considered friends, then that is what “Dictator Pike” will do.

On The 100, Pike is the one person who should not be a leader. He is a man on a mission, someone determined to get revenge and do it his way. Even if there is a chance of peace, Pike isn’t interested. To the new chancellor on The 100, it doesn’t matter what the cost is. In his mind, even if Pike needs to kill to get his way, even those he once considered friends, then that is what “Dictator Pike” will do.

Spoilers Guide posted The 100 season 3, episode 9 extended promo. In “Stealing Fire,” Bellamy is on his own mission. Bob Morley’s character is desperate to fix things and save Kane’s life. He even goes as far to tell other Arkadians that it can be done if they work together. However, by the looks on their faces, Bellamy isn’t convincing anyone to go against Pike’s orders. Not only will this be an episode that will have Bellamy trying to correct making the wrong decision when joining Pike, he also has to face the truth. Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) angrily tells her brother that nobody would need saving if it were not for Bellamy.

Bellamy is not the only person who is determined to save Kane from the death penalty. In The 100 season 3, episode 9 extended promo provided by Spoiler TV, Abby is visiting Kane. She appears to be saying goodbye to the former chancellor. Tears run down her face as he touches Kane’s face. Abby says that she will not let it happen, but what can she do?

There is a good chance that Kane will die when The 100 returns with “Stealing Fire.” However, Abby might have a chance to save him if she can reach Clarke. If there is one person who can come up with an idea, perhaps it is Eliza Taylor’s character. Octavia is another person who might be able to do something to stop Pike’s madness. If she can, will it happen before Kane is executed on The 100?

What do you think is going to happen to Kane when The 100 returns with season 3, episode 9? Will “Stealing Fire” have Kane rescued or will fans mourn yet another character? How will Pike be stopped before it is too late? Will Bellamy, Abby, Clarke or Octavia be able to come up with something to restore sanity to Arkadia?

The 100 is currently on hiatus. Season 3, episode 9, titled “Stealing Fire” will not air on the CW network until March 31.
