So when the Biebs recently attempted to keep it secret about his new gal pal who resembles Hailey Baldwin, he failed, reported X 17.
The secret hook-up with his new sweetheart took place at The Nice Guy. If that hot spot sounds familiar, it’s because it’s been the previous occasion for close encounters between Justin and his girlfriends.
The revolving door of Bieber’s love life is a dramatic contrast to his father Jeremy, however. Wedding bells will be ringing in the future for the family, because Jeremy proposed to his very young girlfriend Chelsea (she’s 28).
He chose to pop the big question to the woman who will become the Biebs’ new stepmom during a St. Barts vacation, according to Digital Spy.
In the world where it didn’t really happen unless you post it online, Jeremy shared a video with a caption to memorialize the moment. Watch it below.
“On February 19th, 2016, I proposed to my best friend Chelsey Rebelo,” wrote the 41-year-old.
Jeremy then revealed the ring as Chelsey got ready for her OMG moment. As to just how complicated relationships are for the pop idol, his parents are Jeremy and Pattie Mallette. Although Justin is their only child, Jeremy also is the father of Jaxon and Jazmyn.
While Jeremy is focused on a happily-ever-after ending to his love life and his son is playing the field, Selena Gomez is weary of constantly finding herself mentioned in conjunction with Bieber. The latest such drama-rama occurred when the Internet leaped to the assumption that Selena was seeking a way to rekindle her romance with her ex beau after a clip of Gomez crooning to the Lil Wayne song, “Single,” reported Life & Style.
In response to all those making such assumptions, Selena threatened to delete her Instagram account via the Comments section. In addition, Gomez sought to make it clear that she had not even attempted to send a secret (or blatant) message to her former boyfriend.
As for the possibility that Jelena (Justin plus Selena Gomez) could make a return in the near or even far future? Gomez deleted her comments, but not before screenshots surfaced across the Internet. In those now-deleted clarifications from Selena, she emphasized that viewing her only in the context of her celebrity ex is not fair to her. And Gomez used capital letters just in case someone had any doubts that her relationship history with the Biebs should be used as a blinders-on view of her life today.
“I WAS SINGING BACK TO LIL WAYNE. MY LIFE ISN’T ABOUT MY EX,” posted Selena, adding “Please screenshot what my comment was so that people know.”
As for who she is now dating, Gomez has been rumored to have hooked up with Orlando Bloom as well as the brother of her BFF Taylor Swift, Austin.
And at exactly the same hot spot where her off-and-on boyfriend was seen with a mystery woman who looks like her, Hailey was seen at The Nice Guy club as well recently. However, Baldwin was accompanied by a female pal at the West Hollywood club.
What made Hailey and the Biebs bow out of a commitment? He explained.
“I don’t want to put anyone in a position where they feel like I’m only theirs, only to be hurt in the end. Right now in my life, I don’t want to be held down by anything.
