Amanda Stanton is one of Ben Higgins’ final four bachelorettes on ABC’s The Bachelor 2016 season, and she is taking him home to meet her family. Episode 8, set to air Monday night, features Amanda’s date, as well as the other hometown dates for JoJo Fletcher, Caila Quinn, and Lauren Bushnell. As viewers know, Amanda Stanton has two little girls with her ex-husband, Nick Buonfiglio. Stanton, 25, has Kinsley and Charlie, who are 3 and 2. While it’s always a big decision on this show when it comes to introducing children into the mix, Bachelor spoilers have made it clear that Ben and Amanda do include her kids in this hometown date.

The two girls are clearly pretty intimidated by the scenario, but Ben does seem to win them over as the day at the beach moves along. From the looks of things, this quartet has a lovely outing together, despite the awkward beginning.
Of course, many wonder if Higgins would really be ready to jump into an instant family like he would get if he were to pick Amanda and become a step-dad. However, fans know that Ben has a passion for working with children, and has volunteered with kids in many ways over the years. From the looks of the Bachelor spoilers for Monday’s episode, Higgins does indeed charm Kinsley and Charlie before the day is done.
Other Episode 8 dates include a hometown date for Lauren Bushnell, where both her father and sister ask some intense questions. The Bachelor spoilers even tease that Ben gets emotional as he talks about his feelings for Lauren. Caila Quinn’s meeting with Higgins includes some time at a toy factory and more family questions.

While JoJo is excited for her time with Ben, her ex-boyfriend, Chad, throws a wrench into things. Just before Higgins arrives to begin his date, Fletcher opens up a letter that has been sent by Chad, and she is clearly shaken up by this unexpected contact.
