Nikki Bella Of ‘Total Divas’ Reveals Neck Surgery Success, But Will She Wrestle Again?

Fans of Nikki Bella have been worried about her ever since they found out she was having neck surgery. Now Yahoo is sharing that her surgery was successful and Nikki is doing just fine. That doesn’t mean that her career isn’t over though. This Total Divas star is still unsure if she will ever be able to wrestle again after this neck surgery. Nikki actually quit wrestling back in November because she had to go through rehab and see if she could find a way to get better, but finally Nikki Bella had to have surgery. If she didn’t get it fixed, Nikki could have actually ended up paralyzed.

Here is what Nikki Bella had to say about the surgery when it was revealed that it would be going down.

“I have basically a broken neck, a pretty bad herniated disk. What makes mine a little bit difficult than most people is that I have some disk behind my vertebrae, so with a lot of prayers we’re gonna pray that the doctors can get the piece behind my vertebrae with just a bone fusion.”

As of right now, Nikki Bella can’t travel at all for three months. This neck surgery was such a big deal that it will take her about six months to recover. It could be that long or longer before Nikki even knows if she can ever get in the ring again. Everyone is hopeful at this time that Nikki Bella will be able to wrestle once again at some point.

E! Online shared that Nikki Bella is very optimistic that she will be able to have a huge comeback in the future and that this is not the end of her time wrestling. Nikki shared that she had an amazing doctor working on her.

“I have honestly one of the most amazing doctors. And I know that he’s gonna do so amazing and I’m going to have the best comeback story that anyone has ever heard of.”

Nikki Bella went on to explain a bit about what is going to happen with her recovery.

“As of now I will be in the hospital just for a day or two. But unfortunately I will be at home with a neck brace for three months, no travel. I can barely be in the car because of the spot where my injury is in, my C6 my C7, I have to try as much as I can not to move my neck so it can heal. In six months time is when I will get that final X-ray to be like, ‘Hey look you can get back in that ring and kick some a–.'”

Nikki Bella does admit that she is very nervous about what could happen down the road. She shared that WWE Is her home and that you will still see her there in some way no matter what ends up happening. Nikki even teased that maybe someday she will end up being a GM instead. Nikki was very thankful to her fans for all of the support she is receiving on social networks. Bella has had a bit of trouble sleeping because she has been thinking so much about how she could end up losing her career over this, but Nikki did the right thing and got the neck surgery done. Only time will tell if it will fix her problem forever or not.
