'The Young And The Restless' Spoilers: Jack Makes A Heartbreaking Decision, Hilary's Actions Cause Intense Drama

Viewers have a lot to look forward to in Tuesday's episode of The Young and the Restless. Spoilers indicate that Jack makes a decision about Billy's medical care, but this may not be the end of the story yet. In addition, there are developments on the way regarding Hilary and Neil, as Devon has quite the reaction to what he sees happening between them. Where are things headed in the January 12 show?

As She Knows Soaps shares, Jill and Jack will discuss his power of attorney over Billy and her desire to have Dr. Neville help. While Jack is resistant to utilize Neville, Jill reminds him that experimental treatments also saved Phyllis' life. Jack is torn over what to do, and Victoria notes that Billy wouldn't want to be kept alive on life support.

While Jill will wonder why Billy named Jack over her for making these medical decisions, Young and Restless spoilers share that Lauren will tell Jill that Billy surely wanted to spare her from the heartbreak. Phyllis and Victoria both talk to Billy about fighting to recover, and Jill and Victoria will unite in their grief. John's ghost will make an appearance for Jack, indicating that he will guide Billy if Jack lets him go.

Lily will try to talk with Cane about the state of their relationship, as she is still hoping they can reconcile. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Cane will share that despite having a good holiday with Lily and the children, he is not ready to get back together. Victor will be questioning Nikki about her relationship with Neil, and they will also argue about Victor's dedication to work and the Billy situation.

Viewers saw on Monday's show that Hilary made an aggressive move on Neil and led to a very intimate situation. Unfortunately, Devon happened to see them. The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that he will quietly leave, and Neil will tell Hilary that they shouldn't have had sex.

Hilary will be annoyed that Neil continues to push her away, and she insists that she will never get back together with Devon. While Neil will try to claim he is involved with Nikki, she says that she knows that's not a real relationship and that she believes he wants to be with her, not Nikki.

Devon will hit the bar, and he will tell Lily and Cane about Neil and Hilary having sex in the lab. Lily initially tries to defend her father, but she soon heads out to look for someone. The Young and the Restless spoilers detail that Neil soon shows up, and Cane has to intervene to prevent Devon from going after Neil. Things get ugly, as Devon says he's done with Neil.

Neil will admit what happened to Nikki, who says that she likes how their fake relationship made Victor jealous. She wants to keep at it, and Neil admits that he regrets giving in to Hilary. Cane and Devon will be discussing their relationships and Devon says that despite what happened between Neil and Hilary, he believes he and Hilary are meant to be together and he's not giving up on her.

Lily hunts down Hilary and the two have a big confrontation. Lily shares that Devon saw Hilary and Neil having sex. Hilary says she has not led Devon on and she is in love with Neil. The argument escalates, and Lily will tell Hilary that she wishes Hilary had stayed at the bottom of the cliff.

The Young and the Restless spoilers detail that Victor will show up at the hospital, and Jack says he can't deal with him. However, Victor says he's not looking to fight and says he is sorry for what has happened to Billy. Everybody gathers and talks about how much they care for Billy. Jack indicates that he plans to tell doctors to end Billy's life support.

Jack may think he is ready to make that decision, but big changes are on the way. Jason Thompson steps into the role of Billy Abbott on Wednesday's show, and it seems a grand recovery is on the way. Will this be thanks to Dr. Neville's protocol?

Viewers can expect quite a bit of drama related to Adam as the week continues as well, and fans can't wait to see what comes next. The Young and the Restless airs weekdays on CBS.
