‘Teen Mom 2’ Leah Messer Banned Corey Simms From Speaking To Boyfriend T.R. Dues, What Is She Hiding? [Report]

Leah Messer of MTV’s Teen Mom 2 has reportedly restricted her ex-husband, Corey Simms, from having any contact with her boyfriend, Theodore “T.R.” Dues. After Leah Messer and Dues confirmed their relationship with photos on Facebook, as reported by the Ashley’s Reality Roundup, Simms, the father of Messer’s 6-year-old daughters, twins Ali and Aleeah, has “repeatedly asked” to meet Dues, but so far, his ex hasn’t allowed him to do so.

“[Leah Messer] denies his requests, for some unknown reason,” a source told Radar Online on December 31. “[Leah Messer] won’t explain why they can’t meet.”

According to the report, Simms wants to have a sit-down meeting with Dues because he spends so much time with his daughters, but sadly, Leah Messer won’t give him the chance. As Radar Online revealed in June, Leah Messer has been living with Dues for months now and actually moved him into her mother’s home just one week into their relationship. The report also claimed Leah Messer’s ex-husbands, including Jeremy Calvert, were unhappy with Leah Messer for having their children around Dues so soon into their romance.

Although it was noted that Simms briefly met 33-year-old Dues, the meeting reportedly happened a while back, and at the time, Simms was unaware of Dues’ role in his daughters’ lives and had no idea he was living with Leah Messer, 23.

During the Teen Mom 2 Season Six reunion special, Simms brought up Leah Messer’s boyfriend, claiming one of their daughters informed him that he was dating and living with Messer. However, during the same special, Messer denied the relationship completely. She also failed to allow MTV to film Dues during the season, despite the fact that they were allegedly living together during production.

The start date of Leah Messer’s relationship is unknown, but on Twitter, she hinted at the relationship in April, when she tweeted to Dues and added a kissing emoji. At the time, no one thought anything of the tweet because Messer was married to Calvert. Then, two months later, Messer and Calvert divorced, which was when news of their live-in situation arose.

According to Radar Online, things between Leah Messer and Dues appear to be quite serious, and so are things between their respective families. At home, the couple lives not only with Messer’s three daughters, Adalynn, Ali and Aleeah, but also Dues’ two sons, Tyshawn, 8, and Angelo, 4, who the girls lovingly refer to as their “brothers.”

“Corey just wants to know that the girls are safe with this man,” the source explained.

Since Leah Messer lost custody of Ali and Aleeah in October, they currently spend school days with Simms and his wife, Miranda, while Leah Messer cares for them on weekends. In Touch Weekly reported news of Messer’s primary custody loss, claiming it was the girls’ multiple absences and tardies from school that led the judge to make the change.

Radar Online also spoke of Leah Messer’s recent Facebook post, which included several photos of herself and Simms in the hospital after welcoming their twins in 2009.

“Corey has no idea why she would post that picture,” the insider said. “Obviously they don’t get along.”

Leah Messer and Simms remain at odds in regard to their custody issues, and according to the site, they will be returning to court next month to reassess the girls’ living situation. Meanwhile, things between Messer and Calvert appear to be more civil.
