Lamar Odom Health Update: Returning To ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ After Leaving Hospital?

Will Lamar Odom be included in upcoming episodes of Keeping Up With The Kardashians? As he remains under medical care at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in West Hollywood, California, Lamar Odom continues to spend time with the stars of the show, hinting at his potential return.

Since he was found unconscious at Dennis Hof’s Love Ranch, a legal brothel in Pahrump, Nevada, Lamar Odom has had Khloe Kardashian at his side, and throughout his hospital stays, both at Cedars-Sinai and the Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, where he was kept in October, he has received visits from a number of Keeping Up With The Kardashians stars, including Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, and Kylie Jenner.

Most recently, as reported by E! News on December 8, Lamar Odom received a visit from Kim and Kanye, who played his newest album, “Swish,” for his ailing brother-in-law.

That said, however, it is unclear whether or not Lamar Odom will ever appear on any future episodes of the show. While he will likely be a part of the series’ commentary due to his role in the lives of the Kardashian/Jenner family, his health crisis is far from over.

Although Lamar Odom’s Keeping Up With The Kardashians return is surely possible, it appears to be becoming less and less likely, especially after his wife, Khloe, revealed plans to move forward with their divorce on Sunday night’s episode. During the show, Khloe was seen chatting with her older sisters Kourtney and Kim, explaining that while she still loves Lamar Odom, she needs to move on.

“I still very much love Lamar but I need to move forward. Filing for the divorce is the worst thing in the world. It’s the worst feeling, you feel like you’re hurting everybody. But, I need to live my life the best that I know how.”

Also adding to speculation that Lamar Odom will not be seen on any further episodes of the show is the fact that Khloe is said to be against the idea of him living with her as he continues to recover from the alleged overdose he suffered on October 13. Previously, there had been rumors claiming Khloe would set up her house as a recovery center for Lamar Odom, but according to a report by Radar Online, she has since changed her mind, feeling it is best for him to receive care elsewhere.

Below is what a source revealed to Radar Online earlier this month.

“[Lamar Odom] can’t stay at Cedars forever. He needs long-term care. His associates really would like for him to have a home health-care type of situation, but that may not be possible… Khloe has flat our refused to let Lamar move into her house.”

While Khloe has been at Lamar Odom’s side as he recovers, she allegedly does not want him moving in, and who can blame her? Clearly, Khloe loves Lamar Odom and wants him well, but no one can expect her to turn her home into a health care facility, and completely change her life to make it happen.

“She doesn’t want her house to be a hospital. She has been very clear about that,” the source explained.

“[Lamar Odom]’s people want him to be in a quality care facility. But they are having trouble finding one that is secure and will provide him with the treatment he needs,” the source added.
