Is Louis Tomlinson Cheating On Briana Jungwirth?: Well Probably Not

Speculation is raging as to whether One Direction star Louis Tomlinson is dating The Originals actress Danielle Campbell. Apparently Louis and Danielle have been spotted together on a couple of occasions, and now Tomlinson is accused of cheating on supposed his baby mama, Briana Jungwirth. As reported in Inquisitr yesterday, the “winter girlfriend” is something of a One Direction tradition, though it is normally Harry Styles being linked with some or other model at this time of year. This year, it seems that Louis and band-mate Niall Horan are to carry on the “winter girlfriend” tradition.

As any fan of One Direction will be well aware, Niall has been widely linked with Justin Bieber’s former girlfriend Selena Gomez, but it is Louis Tomlinson who is getting Directioners hot under the collar.

It is also rumored that Louis and Danielle met up away from L.A. and that she was at last week’s Jingle Ball in Dallas, where Louis and One Direction played. J-14 reported that Louis sat next to Danielle when they went for a milkshake, so they have to be dating, right? Apparently Louis and Danielle even follow each other on Instagram.

The news of Louis’ reported romance with Danielle has upset some One Direction fans. As just about everyone in the world must know by now, Tomlinson is supposedly due to become a father around the end of next month. It has been widely reported that Louis is having a baby with L.A. stylist Briana Jungwirth, and some of Tomlinson’s fans are upset that he is cheating on Briana with a girl who lives in the same city.

Of course, there is a bit of an obstacle in the way of the claims that Louis is cheating on Briana: Tomlinson has said pretty clearly that he is single. The Mirror recently reported that Louis has “shot down” rumors that he and Briana are set for a reconciliation. It might be argued that Louis and Briana cannot have a reconciliation because they were never in a relationship. It would seem that Louis’ relationship with Briana amounted to no more than a couple of dates, perhaps even just a one-night-stand.

Tomlinson has not been seen with Jungwirth since news of her pregnancy broke in the press, and Louis simply will not talk about Briana or baby Tomlinson. Admittedly, Louis did confirm that he was headed for fatherhood during an interview on Good Morning America back in August. Since then, Louis has banned talk about baby Tomlinson completely, and as reported in Inquisitr, journalists have claimed that Tomlinson’s management have warned that any questions about Louis’ baby will mean termination of the interview.

Many One Direction fans believe that the whole idea of the “winter girlfriend” is a management PR stunt designed to keep Louis and his band-mates in the press to boost merchandise sales around the holiday period. In recent years Harry Styles has been linked with Taylor Swift, Kendall Jenner, and Nadine Leopold around the Christmas period. The relationships have all been short-lived, and they break up in February.

Many Directioner’s believe that a Harry “winter girlfriend” would be far too obvious, so this year Louis and Niall are being linked with new girlfriends. Of course, many of One Direction’s fans also believe that the girlfriend stories are all a management ruse to keep selling the One Direction brand.

Even if Briana Jungwirth is having Louis’ baby and Tomlinson is dating Danielle Campbell, it is a stretch to claim that Louis’ is cheating. Lastly, we should not ignore the elephant in the room. Many of One Direction’s fans don’t believe any of these stories because they are all management tools designed to hide the fact that Louis and Harry are a couple.
