Sears’ Black Friday 2015 Ads Release Online — Leaked Sale Deals Start With Thanksgiving Day Doorbusters

The leaked Sears Black Friday 2015 ads have released online to little proclamation this time around. While a 75-inch Samsung HDTV looks to be the most interesting, the Thanksgiving Day doorbusters seem to focus on Kenmore washers, dryers, and fridges.

[UPDATE] The fully leaked Walmarts ads are now online! In addition, Walmart has announced a major change to their Black Friday sales strategy that is a game changer.

In a related report by the Inquisitr, the official Sam’s Club Black Friday ads have been released online. In addition, Best Buy released its ads, and we compared the deals on the Samsung 4K TV deals. Although you might not associate the eBay auction site with Black Friday sales, it turns out they have some good deals of their own planned for the holidays.

Black Friday Starts For Sears On Thanksgiving Day

Like many other retailers, Sears’ Black Friday doorbusters require shoppers to end their family activities early in order to brave the cold weather waiting in line during the evening. The Sears Black Friday 2015 sale starts at 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, and they’ll remain open until 1 p.m. on Black Friday itself.

Sears Black Friday hours are also split up into three different events. Event 1 goes from 6 p.m. Thanksgiving Day to 1 p.m. on Black Friday. Event 2 goes from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Black Friday. Event 3 lasts all weekend.

Could Climate Change Ruin Thanksgiving 2015?

The Sears Black Friday Doorbusters Focus on Appliances, Not 4K TV Sets Or Electronics

Everyone is probably looking to upgrade their regular old HDTV sets at this time now that Ultra HD TVs are finally becoming affordable. Best Buy’s 2015 Black Friday 4K TV doorbusters offer a Samsung 60-inch 4K UHD Smart LED TV for $799.99, which normally is priced at $1,499. Sam’s Club’s 4K TV deals also beat out Best Buy’s Black Friday ads leaked so far. Sam’s Club is offering a Samsung 65-inch Class Curved 4K Ultra HD Smart TV for $1,478, but the Best Buy deal for a non-curved 65-inch Samsung 4K TV is only $1,999.99 (normally $2,500).

Sears throws their hat into this crowded ring, but they don’t even have a 4K TV or HDTV on the front page of their 2015 Black Friday ads. The electronics are buried many pages down into the 64 pages worth of ads. In fact, you have to wade through pages worth of clothing before you even find the Samsung 75-inch 1080p LED Smart HDTV being sold for $1,999.99.

Instead, the front page is reserved for the appliances and even a snowblower. For example, the top of the page shows a Kenmore washer and dryer set for $799.98 — a 57 percent discount based upon purchasing the pair (they are usually $939.99 each). A Craftsman 22-inch snowblower is also featured as a doorbuster on the Sears Black Friday ads it’s priced at $399, which gives you a $300 discount.

When the Inquisitr asked Brent Shelton of FatWallet about the Sears Black Friday 2015 ads, he actually was not too impressed.

“This ad is not as competitive as we have seen in years past. Sears didn’t lead with electronics this year like other major retailers did. These deals are good, not great,” Shelton explained. “For example, the Cannon Fleece Throw featured on page 22 was free after SYWR points last March. The Craftsman 13-in. & 18-in. Tool Bag Combo is only $1 less than it is right now. To be frank, we had a hard time finding any deals worth waiting in line for.”
