Kanye West Throws A Surprise 35th Birthday Party For Wife Kim Kardashian — Khloe Not In Attendance
Kim Kardashian celebrated her 35th birthday Wednesday along with friends and family at a surprise party thrown by husband Kanye West, People reports. The surprise birthday party was held at the Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas in Westlake Village, California.
Among those who welcomed Kim Kardashian in her birthday bash were mom Kris Jenner and beau Corey Gamble, sisters Kourtney Caitlyn, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner and boyfriend Tyga, and stepmom Caitlyn Jenner.
Khloé Kardashian has not been able to attend Kim’s birthday party, as she is still attending to her estranged husband, Lamar Odom, in a hospital in LA. Lamar, who was found unconscious at a Nevada Brothel on October 13, is well on his way to recovery after suffering a drug overdose. The Independent reported Wednesday that Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom have decided to call off their divorce.
Tables and chairs were set up in the theater’s lobby in preparation for the unsuspecting birthday girl’s arrival, along with floral arrangements, gifts wrapped in black and white, and balloons. Margarita Man served the refreshments.
Before their arrival at the venue, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian walked hand in hand with Kim wearing a beige dress with a coat. Also notable is Kim’s big baby bump when she entered the theater. When the Kim and Kanye finally entered, everyone started singing “Happy Birthday.” They would later snack on churros and take photos in front of the white flower-covered walls.
If you think that’s impressive, wait ’til you see the birthday cake Kanye gifted her with to make her day even more special. It was an immaculately white cake decorated with white roses. The dedication message at the front is nothing short of cute: “Happy Pregnant Birthday Kim.”
Kim Kardashian gushed over the beautiful birthday cake via an Instagram post and called it “the perfect chill yummy food birthday.”

Early in the day, Kim Kardashian received a slew of birthday greetings via social media from her family.
Khloé Kardashian hasn’t posted anything on social media since the incident, but she shared an Instagram post on Wednesday to send her sister Kim a touching birthday message.
“Happy birthday Keeks (Kim)!!. I pray you know how loved and dope you are!!! You continuously amaze me by how you do it all. Thank you for always being there for everyone! Today is about you!!! Enjoy it Mrs West!!! I love you, My bestie, my sister, my rider!”

Kendall, 19, thanked her sister Kim for for always encouraging her to follow her dreams.
“Happy 35th birthday to the best big sister a girl could ask for!!! (Tied withKourtney and Khloé, of course,) Kim has always, always encouraged me to follow my dreams and I wouldn’t be where I am today without her support. Love you, Keeks! I hope you have the best day. :)”
Kylie, 18, posted on her official website to thank Kim for being a big sister she can look up to, particularly when it comes to fashion. In the post, Kylie shared side-by-side photos of her and Kim wearing almost similar outfits.
“Real talk, Kim Kardashian West is bae. I love her so much and feel so lucky to have her as my older sister to look up to. Kim has always had amazing style! It’s possible I’ve learned a few things from her along the way…Happy Birthday Keeks!!!”
Kourtney Kardashian took to Twitter in the wee hours of Wednesday morning to announce her sister Kim’s birthday to her followers.
