Bobbi Kristina Brown Update: Nick Gordon Could Be Arrested Any Day Now

Just a week after Bobbi Kristina Brown’s final autopsy results were turned into the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office (DA), there is news going around that it could only be a matter of days before Nick Gordon is arrested in connection with his former girlfriend’s death.

The Daily Mail reports that an undisclosed source provided exclusive information indicating that authorities are turning the heat up in the Bobbi Kristina case, and that all eyes are still on Gordon. In fact, the insider indicated that in all likelihood, authorities will not allow Gordon to return to Atlanta to turn himself in. Instead, cops in Seminole County, Florida, where Gordon currently lives, will probably be the ones to detain him.

“In all likelihood it would be Seminole County that would make the arrest and when there’s a question of it coming from another state as this would it’s highly unlikely they’d trust him to turn himself in. It would be a minimum of two cars sent and more if they thought there was any question of him resisting. And they wouldn’t just let him walk in and walk out – he would have to be processed through court and bailed or spend a night in the cells if it happened too late in the day for the court to sit.”

Gordon was recently seen walking outside, close to the Sanford, Florida, home that he shares with his mother, Michelle. Although he didn’t make any statements to photographers, the pictures depict a clearly in-shape Gordon who wore a slightly worried look on his face. His current state of mind may have to do with Bobby Brown’s recent statement, backed by attorney Christopher Brown, which revealed that they know Gordon harmed Bobbi Kristina.

To make matters worse for Gordon, the 26-year-old submitted a motion to withdraw the wrongful death case against him, set forth by Bobbi Kristina’s conservator, Bedelia Hargrove. Yet, on September 9, the day Gordon was due to appear for a deposition, he withdrew the motion to withdraw the case, which stopped him from having to answer any questions. According to attorney Christopher Brown, it was expected that Gordon would pull such a stunt.

“I am not shocked at the withdrawal, as we must keep in mind that Gordon filed a lawsuit to remove Bobby Brown as Bobbi Kristina’s guardian only to withdraw that lawsuit… once he was served with a deposition notice.”

Bobbi Brown remained Bobbi Kristina’s guardian, despite Gordon’s initial attempt to stop him. As part of being her legal guardian, Bobby banned Gordon from visiting Bobbi Kristina in the hospital, and later, banned him visiting her in hospice care and didn’t honor Gordon’s request to attend the funeral.

Although the Fulton County DA isn’t yet releasing the final autopsy results, a representative recently stated that, “The case remains open and under investigation.”

Furthermore, a few of Gordon’s friends seemed to have turned on him as well, including Mason Whitaker, a former roommate of both Bobbi Kristina and Gordon. Earlier this year, Whitaker posted on Facebook, blaming not only Gordon for Bobbi Kristina’s death, but also mutual friends, Max Lomas and Danyela Bradley. Whitaker also indicated that Bobbi Kristina’s aunt, Pat Houston, may have also played a part in her death, yet no evidence seems to back up his statement.

“And if you knew anything about the real facts of this case, you’d know that Pat told Max and Danyela that she would pay them ‘X’ amount of money and be able to pay off the DA to have immunity if they made up a story that it was only Nick who killed her.”

Meanwhile, Bobby Brown is making sure Bobbi Kristina Brown lives on through others by creating a charity organization in her name. Known as the Bobbi Kristina Serenity House, the new organization plans to offer help and resources to women who are stuck in abusive relationships.
