Kourtney Kardashian Using Lawyers To Find ‘KUWTK’ Loophole To Stop Filming?

Kourtney Kardashian has been sharing her life on Keeping Up with the Kardashians for years. She was merely dating when she first started filming the show, and her sisters were not fond of Scott Disick. Now, years later, she has three children with him and their relationship is more tumultuous than ever. Over the past couple of weeks, Kourtney has been dealing with a cheating boyfriend, who isn’t around to take care of the children as much.

And while Kourtney Kardashian can handle being dragged through the press herself, she may not be as thrilled in regards to her children. Her oldest son, Mason, understands that his father isn’t around, and he may understand certain things he watches on television. And surely, Kardashian doesn’t want her son to watch all of the rumor reports on entertainment shows.

According to a new Radar Online report, Kourtney Kardashian is supposedly trying to get out of filming Keeping Up with the Kardashians. And one can imagine that she is doing this to protect her children. While this could just remain a desire for now, Kardashian is possibly considering legal action to get herself out of the contract she signed with her family. The contract she has signed could be tough to get out of, so if this is something she really wanted, she could possibly be getting legal help.

“Kourtney has wanted to leave reality television for some time now, and does not plan on resigning onto another contract once this one is up,” a source has revealed, hinting that she is doing everything to find a loophole in the contract, adding, “Meanwhile, she has told the producers at E! that she will refuse to film if Scott is on the show.”

Of course, Scott loves filming the show and he is often bringing a crew to bars and clubs where he is hosting events. But Kourtney Kardashian might not find that fitting for Mason, Penelope and Reign. Kourtney has dealt with his drinking and his crazy behavior for years, and she may not want to expose the children to this.

“Kourtney told the producers that they basically have to choose between keeping Scott on and having her continue on,” the source continues, adding, “She does not want to talk about the breakup on the show. She knows that they want to make this into another plot for the upcoming season, but she is not willing to compromise on this.”

Kardashian was recently spotted headed to the health food store with Mason and her own mother, Kris Jenner. Jenner has been a big support system for Kardashian, as she deals with the major changes in her life.
