Joyce Ingalls, model and actress, was found dead at the age of 65. According to E! the star passed away on August 5, but the Associated Press is just getting ahold of the news.
Joyce was born in Charleston, South Carolina and married producer Darrell Fetty. Her first big break happened when she won a Cover Girl contest. This, of course, lead to Ingalls’ career as an actress. If you recognize the name, you might remember her from the 1978 film Paradise Alley. In the film, she played a prostitute opposite Sylvester Stallone’s character.

In addition, she was in films like, The Man Who Would Not Die, Deadly Force, and Lethal Weapon 4. She appeared on the cover of prestigious magazines such as, Cosmo, Life, Mademoiselle, and Vogue. Her last film was Lethal Weapon 4.
It’s not known what Joyce Ingalls died from.

Her husband Darrell Fetty is an actor in addition to being a TV producer. His earlier appearances on shows included Happy Days, Starsky & Hutch, Eight is Enough, Kojack, and CHiPs.
Joyce Ingalls and Darrell Fetty had two children together, actor Tyler F. Jackson and older son Derek.
In an interview with Cult Film Freak, Fetty said it was family life that kept him behind the screen and made him transition into being a TV producer, “Although I missed acting, it was the right decision. I had remarried (model turned actress Joyce Ingalls) and had a growing family to support.
