Pippa Middleton: Christening Heels, Emilia Wickstead Coatdress Make Pippa One Stylin’ Aunt

Pippa Middleton attended Princess Charlotte’s christening over the weekend, and she looked absolutely elegant. According to Us Weekly, Kate Middleton’s sister, 31, wore very high heels, a cream-colored Emilia Wickstead coatdress, and a Millinery hat designed by Jane Taylor, making her one of the most stylish aunts on the planet. While all eyes were on the royal family — and the adorable William and Kate offspring — the world couldn’t help but notice just how lovely Pippa looked at the event.

“Pippa Middleton is the epitome of elegance and style. And I could not be more honored to see her wearing one of my designs so beautifully today at such a significant royal occasion,” said Jane Taylor.

Pippa Middleton wasn’t the only christening guest that was dressed to the nines either. Her sister, of course, looked just as stunning. According to E! News, the Duchess of Cambridge wore a white Alexander McQueen (one of her favorite designers) dress coat, a Jane Taylor fascinator, and Mappin & Webb jewelry.

Prince William wore a fitted navy suit, and the couple’s son, Prince George, wore a red-and-white outfit designed by Rachel Riley. Princess Charlotte wore a gorgeous lace gown designed by the Queen’s dressmaker Andrea Kelly. The stunning piece was a replica of the one that Prince George wore at his christening two years ago. The gown is traditional, and the exact style has been worn for the past 174 years.

Pippa Middleton may have been at the christening, but she wasn’t named as a godmother for Princess Charlotte. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, that honor went to a long list of people. Prince William’s cousin Hon. Laura Fellowes, Kate Middleton’s cousin Adam Middleton, longtime William pals James Meade and Thomas van Straubenzee, and Kate’s dear friend Sophie Carter were all given the honor.

Are you surprised that Pippa Middleton was not named a godparent to either of William and Kate’s children?
