Viky Xipolitakis: Pilots Allow Playboy Nude ‘Model’ To Fly Plane On Takeoff, Pay The Price

Viky Xipolitakis, a 29-year-old Argentine Playboy Magazine nude model — whose chief asset “talent” appears to be, well, pretty much what you’d expect — was granted what she called “an extraordinary experience” on Wednesday when two apparently experienced pilots on a government-run Argentine commercial airliner allowed her into the cockpit and, she says, even let her take the controls while the twin-engine Embraer ERJ-190 jet took off.

What were they thinking? The two pilots, identified as Patricio Zocchi Molina and Federico Matias Soaje, have not commented. But they were probably thinking what one might expect they were thinking when they invited the busty performer into the flight deck in the first place.

The Embraer is a 100-seat, narrow-body commuter jet. The flight, Austral Lineas Aereas Flight 2709, was on a routine, 42-minute hop between Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Islas Malvinas International Airport in Rosario.

Xipolitakis later posted photos from her “extraordinary experience” to her Twitter account, and even took a video, viewable above, which was posted online last Thursday. In the video, the Playboy model thanks the two pilots for giving her “wonderful service” and praises her experience as “scary” but nonetheless thrilling.

Unfortunately for the pilots, admitting unauthorized persons to the cockpit violates airline regulations that have been in effect since shortly after the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.

As a result, the two pilots were quickly relieved of their jobs — and could land in jail.

“These are responsibilities that have put lives at risk. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we dismissed the pilots,” said the airline’s chief, Mariano Racalde, in a statement. “They are two irresponsible people who put at risk the security of people and we will request justice to investigate, as the 190 article of the Penal Code expresses.”

Racalde said that authorities were now investigating to determine if the two pilots could be prosecuted, and that even Viky Xipolitakis would be subject to unspecified sanctions from the airline.

But on her Twitter account, Xipolitakis said that she was simply “an extra pilot.”

“I even drove the plane!” she declared, indiscreetly. “It was an extraordinary experience!”

According to her page on Internet Movie Database, Xipolitakis’s show business career has consisted entirely of appearing on various game shows and talk shows in Argentina.

She appeared nude in the Argentine edition of Playboy Magazine last year, in photos — NSFW, obviously — which can be viewed at this link.
