Jessica Biel: Weight Loss From Paleo Diet Restores Biel's Pre-Baby Body In Just Two Months [Photos]

Jessica Biel is flaunting her weight loss. The wife of Justin Timberlake wasted no time to restoring her waistline by following a Paleo diet as well as exercising. And, it boosted Jessica's weight loss after the baby was born by staying on her diet during her pregnancy, reported Life & Style.

Biel's Paleo diet cuts out foods that contain added sugars and also eliminates grains. It's become Jessica's go-to food plan for weight loss. And, she also is diligent about her fitness plan.

During her pregnancy, Jessica relied on hiking and prenatal yoga. However, after the baby was born, she was able to return to her regular strength-training and running fitness regime.

In addition, Biel relies on a food delivery service known for organic meals, reported E! News.

Paleta emphasizes that the meals are locally sourced from farms, and Jessica posted her fondness for the result.

"Eating Paleo just leans you down and slims you up and takes that little layer of fat and water-weight right off your body," explained Jessica.

"I do a lot of cooking at home using fresh fish or lean meat like chicken and vegetables," revealed Jessica.

Justin's mother revealed the significance on social media. Lynn Harless also shared her joy.

"My amazing son and his beautiful wife have given us the most precious gift in the world! Silas Randall Timberlake! Named after my father and my son! Life is beautiful and we couldn't be happier! God bless you all and thanks for all the congrats!" posted Lynn.

Silas is the first child for Biel and Timberlake, who were married in 2012. It was Justin who who announced the baby bump on social media by sharing her tummy.

"This year, I'm getting the GREATEST GIFT EVER. CAN'T WAIT," wrote Justin on his birthday.
