Jessica Biel: Post Baby Body In Shape With Paleo Diet 2 Months After She And Justin Timberlake Became Parents [Photos]

Jessica Biel made her first post-baby appearance since she and Justin Timberlake celebrated the arrival of their first child. It’s been less than two months since Biel gave birth, and the 33-year-old actress looked radiant as she appeared again in public, reported People.

While some celebrity parents recently have been reluctant to share photos of their children, 34-year-old Justin headed to Instagram only one week after Silas was born. Jessica dressed up the baby in a teeny-tiny basketball shirt.

As for what’s really significant about that photo, however? For many fans, it was Biel’s bra, reported Us Weekly.

Jessica’s bralette, which attracted so much attention, is from Cosabella’s maternity collection. It’s known as the Never Say Never Mommie Bra.

And for a mere $84.50, you get a clip-on/clip-off nursing flap and padded cups along with that lacy look that so many of the look-at-the-baby-hey-look-at-the-bra observers went OMG over.

As for just how Jessica restored her pre-baby body so quickly, the actress was scrupulous about her pregnancy diet and fitness plan, reported E News.

Believing in the benefits of organic food and eating local, Biel found a way to get local, organic produce delivered fresh to her door, said a source..

“She has been having deliveries from local farms so she can eat fresh organic produce and be as healthy as possible…Being healthy is really important to her. She is very aware of the importance of eating well.”

In addition, Jessica uses a meal delivery service called Paleta, which specializes in meals and snacks that also are locally sourced and organic.

As for exercise, Jessica continued her active lifestyle throughout her pregnancy, according to the insider.

“She has stayed active during her pregnancy and tried to get in as much exercise as possible. She loves going hiking or on walks. She also does yoga at home and light stretching. She has spent a lot of time at home and plans to slow down on traveling in the next two months…she’s embraced being a homebody and taking it easy.”

As the Inquisitr reported, Biel and Timberlake both are devoted to a healthy diet and fitness plan.

“Eating Paleo just leans you down and slims you up and takes that little layer of fat and water-weight right off your body,” said Jessica prior to her pregnancy.

In addition to emphasizing protein, natural fats such as avocado and non-starchy vegetables, caveman cuisine means cutting out dairy, grains, and most processed foods. That makes a candlelit dinner at home the ideal solution for Timberlake and Biel, said the actress.

“I do a lot of cooking at home using fresh fish or lean meat like chicken and vegetables,” she added.
