After a delay, students will be able to find their Class 10 CBSE Board exam results online shortly, with sources saying results will be available within days.

Indian students looking to find their results on the important exams had expected to find their results much sooner, with reports claiming that the test scores would go online on Thursday, but instead it was delayed. New reports indicate that test results will be available online starting on Monday.

No official date had been announced for the results to be released, which has added to the confusion and sent many people online searching for scores. The CBSE Board exam results were among the most-searched topics in India, according to Google, with many looking for insight on when the scores would be available online.

The tests were conducted for three weeks at the start of March, with more than 1.3 million students taking the exams, including 800,000 boys and 550,000 girls.

Previous years would indicate that the test scores are due very soon. As Focus News noted, last year’s CBSE Board Class 10 result was published on May 19 for Chennai and Trivandrum and on May 20 for other regions including Ajmer, Allahabad, Bhubaneshwar, Panchkula, Patna, Guwahati, Delhi, and Dehradun.This year, the CBSE Board Class 10 results are expected to go in the same order, India Today noted.

“Amidst confusion about the dates of the result declaration of CBSE Board exams 2015, sources have confirmed that the students who have appeared for Class 10 Board exams can check the results on the official website on May 25. The results for candidates belonging to Trivandrum and Chennai regions are expected to release first, following the trend, every year.”

2. Students must submit roll number and birth date

3. Results can then be printed for future reference

Students will be able to find their 2015 CBSE Class 10 results in cumulative grade point averages, which are an average of grade points across all subjects.

Students who can’t get to a computer will be able to check the 2015 CBSE Class 10 results on smartphones by logging into cbseresults.nic.in and entering examination seat numbers.
