Chelsea Houska celebrated her daughter Aubree’s graduation over the weekend, but instead of doing so with Aubree’s father, Adam Lind, the Teen Mom 2 star was spotted with her new boyfriend, Cole DeBoer.
According to a May 9 report by Radar Online , Chelsea Houska shared a few photos from the event on her Instagram page, and none of them included her ex-boyfriend. In the first photo, Aubree was seen by herself, wearing her graduation garments and sporting a big smile. In the following two photos, Chelsea Houska and DeBoer posed with Aubree.
Chelsea Houska dated Lind for a few years, on and off, while filming 16 & Pregnant and Teen Mom 2 . However, years ago, the pair were involved in a messy split, and ever since, things have been tense between them. Although Lind may have been present at Aubree’s graduation, there was no photo evidence to prove it.
Meanwhile, in August of last year, just months before filming began on the upcoming sixth season of Teen Mom 2 , Chelsea Houska began dating DeBoer after meeting at a gas station in South Dakota.
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Chelsea Houska reportedly refused to allow Lind to meet DeBoer for Teen Mom 2 . While the two men will likely cross paths eventually, Houska allegedly felt it unnecessary that their meeting would take place for the cameras, when Lind is no longer a part of her life.
In March, a source revealed the following to Radar Online :
“[Chelsea Houska] made it clear that Adam and [Cole DeBoer] were not going to hang out for a dramatic scene. It would never happen in real life, so why force it?
“Adam is not a part of Chelsea’s life, so it’s not important.”
That isn’t to say, however, that DeBoer won’t be a part of Chelsea Houska’s story line. Although the two aren’t currently living together, Houska and DeBoer spend tons of time together, and DeBoer is fully acquainted with Houska’s family life.
“[DeBoer] has filmed once so far. There may be more opportunities in the future.”
In other news, Chelsea Houska’s ex-boyfriend, Lind, reportedly has a new girlfriend, Danielle Anderson, who fans will likely meet on the upcoming season. Last month, Radar Online revealed the news of Lind’s new woman , claiming she believes Lind has put his bad boy ways behind him.
