Kris Jenner ‘Cuts Contact’ With Bruce Jenner

Kris Jenner has reportedly cut off all ties with her ex-husband Bruce Jenner in the wake of his interview with Diane Sawyer that saw him declare that he is a woman.

Radar Online’s source has alleged that Kris Jenner contacted Bruce Jenner a few days after she watched his special to ask him to release a statement.

“Kris called Bruce over the weekend and said it would be a nice gesture for him to issue a statement saying that he appreciated all of her love and support. She said he owed it to her, because she is the mother of their two daughters, Kendall and Kylie,” the insider stated.

However Bruce wasn’t interested in releasing such a statement, because he didn’t think it was necessary. “But Bruce didn’t think there was a need to do that, and thought that the show spoke for itself. This wasn’t the Bruce that Kris knew,” the insider added.

Fifty-nine-year-old Kris Jenner was apoplectic with Bruce’s response, so she decided to “cut off all contact with Bruce because she said she is disgusted by his lack of support,” the source continued.

In the hours and days following Bruce Jenner’s interview with Diane Sawyer, Kris Jenner has repeatedly dismissed claims that she has been in a rift with her ex-husband and star of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

After Perez Hilton wondered why Kris Jenner hadn’t contributed to the interview, the momager responded on Twitter with, “f*** you Perez no one asked me to comment… and I’m sitting with Bruce now watching this show so let’s keep it real… LOL….”

However, earlier this week Kris Jenner was forced to admit that Diane Sawyer, who interviewed Bruce Jenner for his revelatory unveiling, did actually get in contact with her to ask for a comment on Bruce’s admission that he is transgender.

Kris Jenner’s representative explained to People, “Kris does not have official representation but a message was left at her office and she was asked for fact checking. Kris said she was unable to respond because she had not seen the special. She did not say, ‘No comment.'”

ABC News released a further statement to People that backed Diane Sawyer, which read, “ABC News sent an email to her publicity team more than once. They called and said no comment.”

Immediately following the interview, Kris Jenner released a tweet that called her ex-husband her hero.

Not only was I able to call him my husband for 25 years and father of my children, I am now able to call him my hero.
