‘Dance Moms’ Spoilers: Nia And Kendall Tackle First Music Videos In ‘Video Killed The ALDC Star’

A big battle lies ahead on Tuesday’s episode of Dance Moms, but this one isn’t about a dance competition. Abby Lee Miller and the team are back out in Hollywood and the girls are trying to tackle other aspects of the entertainment industry. Both Nia and Kendall are shooting music videos this week, but it looks like it could get tense. What Dance Moms spoilers are available for this episode?

The April 21 episode is titled “Video Killed the ALDC Star.” The Abby Lee Dance Company gals are dancing this week, but both Kendall and Nia are tackling their first music videos for their new singles as well. As TV Guide teases, Abby, Jill, and Holly will get a bit competitive over it all.

The show’s Facebook page tantalizes fans with some intense Dance Moms spoiler previews. As fans know from previous episodes, Nia and Holly are working with Danity Kane singer Aubrey O’Day to do Nia’s first video for “Star in Your Own Life.” The day seems to be going well and Holly is thrilled to be working with Aubrey. It seems that the two ladies will even chat a bit about Abby, and what they have to say isn’t particularly positive.

On the other side of things, Abby is heading up the effort to create Kendall’s first music video for “Wear ‘Em Out.” Abby is not happy that Nia and Holly went off to do the video project on their own, and both Jill and Abby get a bit snarky over it all. It’s clear, though a bit unfortunate, that Abby is pitting Nia against Kendall as their songs and videos come out. Which girl will have the most success?

Also ahead in this Season 5 Episode 16 show, the girls are taking part in another competition. Dance Moms spoilers from the show’s Wikia page indicate that things may not go according to plan. The group dance with Nia, Maddie, Kendall, Kalani, and JoJo is a lyrical piece called “Diamonds,” and the group does win first place in their division and the overalls.

However, the solos for the ALDC do not do as well. JoJo, Kendall, and Mackenzie are all said to have solos in this episode, but none of the three girls take top positions in the standings. The mid-season finale is right around the corner and fans are anxious to see where everything stands as the hiatus hits.

Tune in to Dance Moms airing a new episode on Lifetime on Tuesday, April 21 to see what you think of the video battle. Will Nia’s song or Kendall’s song become the bigger hit?
