Brandi Glanville doesn’t think that the friendship between Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle Richards is genuine. Instead, Brandi thinks that it’s just a financial decision on Kyle’s part. As reported by All About The Real Housewives, during Brandi’s appearance on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live on Monday night, Brandi was asked what she thought about Lisa and Kyle’s friendship this season. Brandi responded that “it’s definitely suspicious to [her].”
Brandi went on to imply that Kyle just wants her husband to get a big commission check.
“Clearly Lisa’s house is up for sale – you have to watch the reunion, we talk about that – that’s my joke because Lisa said Kyle would never be friends with anyone unless they put their house on the market.”
Brandi was referring to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 3 reunion, where Lisa accused Kyle of getting close to Adrienne Maloof only because she wanted her realtor husband, Mauricio Umansky, to get the listing to sell Adrienne’s mansion. Lisa even added that Kyle was “less friendly” to her after Mauricio finished a real estate deal for her and her husband, Ken Todd.
Kyle later told In Touch that Lisa’s accusation was a “low blow.” Lisa defended herself by saying that she “do[es]n’t consider Kyle to be a loyal and supportive friend” and that she went into the reunion “on the offensive” because of Kyle’s “passive-aggressive stance against [her] all season” and her feeling that she was “blindsided” during the previous reunion.
As viewers of Season 5 have seen, Lisa and Kyle have since made up with one another. In an early episode, Lisa and Kyle agreed to move on from what happened in the past, specifically the “gang up” against Lisa that occurred in the fourth season.
While Lisa agreed to move on with Kyle, she didn’t make the same decision when it came to Brandi. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, on Tuesday night’s finale episode, Brandi confronted Lisa about not forgiving her. Lisa later explained on her blog that she can’t just forget what happened and move on with Brandi because of her habit of repeatedly hurting others and then just expecting forgiveness.
On Tuesday, both Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle Richards responded to Brandi’s accusation with some humor.
During her Watch What Happens Live appearance, Brandi Glanville also talked about the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5 reunion. Brandi believes that her co-stars failed in their plan to bring her down and that she left the taping “vindicated.”
“I think the first half was really difficult and then after seeing everyone somewhat tell the truth … I was like thank God. I felt like everyone came in with a plan, and they did come in with a plan, but their plans fell to pieces. At the end, I felt vindicated and just wanted to get the hell out of there.”
