Khloe Kardashian Weight Loss Details, Including Diet Advice To Kylie And Kendall Jenner [Video]

Khloe Kardashian feels that she’s finally discovered the secret to weight loss success. And rather than play the game of pretending that the pounds magically melted away, Khloe is revealing all the details of how she conquered her battle of the bulge, reported People.

Kardashian emphasizes that she worked hard to get a rocking body, and she doesn’t even take time off for good behavior.

“I work out almost every day. I go to a trainer five days a week, and on the weekends, I do cardio and whatever I want to do.”

Known as the chubby sister in the past, Khloe says that she finally learned what she feels are the two most important keys to weight loss.

“I kind of eat what I want, but in portion control, which I never knew before,” she revealed. “It’s really hard. You have to train your body to eat less. Your eyes are bigger than your stomach.”

In addition, Khloe steers clear of those tempting fancy coffee drinks, sodas, and even the popular juicing fad. She recommends learning to love water.

“I had to train myself to drink more water. I drink like 5 liters of water a day.”

Concerned about her younger sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Khloe has been sharing her secrets. She feels it’s her responsibility as their big sister.

“I yell at [them] to drink more water. I know what I can teach them, but it might not be for everybody, but it’s for us. I want to impart the knowledge I have and they can take it. I think my job is to pass that on if it’s in diet or whatever.”

And Khloe’s not the only Kardashian sister to take off the pounds successfully. As the Inquisitr reported, new mom Kourtney Kardashian also has been flaunting her weight loss success.

Kourtney posted on social media that she’s using a waist trainer and also working out regularly at the gym.

But it’s Khloe who has had to cope with constant criticism in the past as the overweight Kardashian sister, reported the Huffington Post.

Using social media to express her innermost feelings about her years when she was known as the chubby sister, Khloe also confessed that she recognizes just how unhealthy her diet used to be.

“Looking back at pictures of myself I didn’t realize at the time how unhealthy my lifestyle actually was. People love to call me the fat one but as weird as it sounds I still don’t think I would consider myself fat back then. Definitely overweight and unhealthy, yes.”
