Jennifer Lawrence Ready for ‘Hunger Games’ Sequel [Video]

“Hunger Games” hasn’t hit theaters yet but star Jennifer Lawrence is already getting excited for the sequel.

The news of the sequel is great news for fans of Katniss. It’s also a bit of a spoiler. If you were wondering if Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson survive the first film, well, judging from the interview below… Yes they do.

Oh, they’ll also survive that film to make a third and possible fourth film. Jennifer Lawrence said that they are planning to make the third novel in the series into a movie, but it’s possible that the third book gets split up into two movies. “Harry Potter” and “Twilight” both used a similar strategy to capitalize on their fan’s hysteria.

“It’s always hard, every time you convert a novel into movies, because you have to cut so much out… [So] in a weird way it’s kind of a relief, because you get to keep everything in there.”
